My son went into this branch to cash a payroll check. He doesn't have a chase account. They want to charge him $10 to cash his payroll check whatever happened to banking courtesy. My son is legally blind and every dollar he makes counts I consider this predatory banking.

Are you looking for a great example on how to lose business? Maybe you've been a loyal card holder for over 12+ years and ask a simple request, only to be greeted with bulls--t policies and extremely unprofessional customer service? Than look no further! This branch of Chase can show you and treat you exactly as that! Unvalued, unappreciated, and hostile. A special shout-out to the female employee working the back counter on 8/26/23. I came in for a simple request to get someone taken off my account. The problem? We BOTH need to be there. After asking for clarification back and forth, I was greeted with a stalemate of an attitude that outlined "it is what it is and I'm not helping you." The kicker? Afterward, she jumped at the opportunity to help me close my account. So just to recap here - I have to have the person with me, to get them off my account; However, I can close the account without said individual with me too? Seems a bit backwards to me. It's also comical that their employee offered assistance to close the account after I was done expressing frustrations. Listen to the previous reviews about the customer service and save yourself some time and trouble. Avoid this location at all costs. They don't care about your business and make it extremely difficult to access your money/accounts. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional service all the way around. This is coming from someone who grew up in the area, has banked with Chase for a bit, and works within the sales/hospitality sector. Good help is so hard to find these days.

No customer service at all. They don't answer their phone calls ,if you have any issues you have to make an appointment and wait two weeks to talk to them... terrible experience

ATM out side took over 1,000$ and I’m having the worst time getting it figured out !!! The most frustrating experience, they stole my rent money, when we informed the employees inside the bank they didn’t care. People were still trying to use the ATM after we left witch means they are more then likely going to steal someone else money!

What an absolutely wonderful place the bank at! They know me by first name and the team that works there is incredible. They’ve helped me through tremendous struggles during the exit of my business partner, and they’ve always been helpful on the personal banking side of things as well. I would never recommend another branch to handle your banking needs.

I'm a chase business customer and I had an issue cashing some checks. The folks in the branch couldn't help me and seemed to take joy explaining how they couldn't help me versus looking for ways to help. One human in the building can help people with business accounts while at least 4 are sitting around. That one person is on vacation. Bank elsewhere.

Who ever heard of a bank being closed when every other bank in the US is open the day after Thanksgiving. Terrible management! I was given the lame excuse that they have staffing problems. Again, POOR MANAGEMENT!!!

This branch has one banker?? We tried for weeks to open a business account. When it came down to the wire and we needed the account opened so we could close on a property she basically said "too bad" she had no time. Offered no other options or help. Worst customer service in a long time.

I've been a cardholder for years and am a happy customer. Decided to open a checking so stopped in this branch and made an appointment to do so- later in the day. No walk ins. Pleasant experience, the branch manager took great care of me and I am glad I made the switch from an online bank. Nice branch and friendly tellers as well.

I have been going to this branch for almost ten years. I have gone in with all kinds of tricky problems and issues.As long as Marina is there to help me out, I know all will go well. She is knowledgeable, friendly and confident. She is a real asset to Chase and to the branch.
