Forget getting any help from this bank at all. They don't ever answer their phone ever. Then if you try to hold to speak to someone, after half an hour of holding they pick up and hang up. They've done this repeatedly. Worst customer service in the business. Do not bank at this bank until they can actually help people.

I have banked with Citi for over 5 years and have never missed a payment. I found out today the scumbags (Citi) have reduced my credit limits on all of my cards....keep in mind they did this without any notification. When I called and spoke with an account manager, who was of absolute zero assistance she informed me there was nothing that can be done. Now I'm left with my cards maxed out that's how much they were reduced. I will advise cancel your cards with Citi and never do business with a company that doesn't appreciate their customers. I'm waiting a call from the VP as their actions were completely unacceptable. I didn't even receive an apology for the lack of notification. Shame on you Citi you have definitely lost a customer.

Our company loves banking with Citibank. We are loyal devoted customers. Unfortunately, I was in disbelief of how one of the tellers have treated me. Irene, one of the bank tellers here has awful customer service. I went in to deposit one check, which takes her only 2 minutes to do at most. I did not get a single greeting, not a single hello how are you? or a smile. She snatched my check, did her work and practically threw my receipt back at me. She did not even say thank you or goodbye. She stared at me until I became so uncomfortable that I had to walk away. I will do whatever it takes and to reach out to the bank (this branch won't even pick up any of my calls) for Irene to learn proper customer service. I felt attacked by her looks and by her body language. This was unacceptable. Citibank needs to learn how to teach their tellers proper customer service. What a shame.

I went in with my girl today and I'm still in disbelief. My girl recently transferred money out of CitBank to Bank of America. Menchie, the teller, at the time recommended she leave a $20 balance at Citibank to ensure proper transition, etc. A few months later, my girl sees her $20 evaporate into thin air due to insufficient funds. I had a problem with this and suggested she get her $20 back. Ty, the teller, began helping us in the beginning and was helpful but handed the transaction to Menchie who didn't remember telling my girl to leave $20 in the account a few months ago. That's when a manager guy Steven Pietrack got involved and they began this full investigation that lasted way too long for my taste. It wasn't even my money or issue but I had to intervene about 10 min. into this full blown investigation and simply stated this is taking too long and just give the girl her $ back....It's $20. Steven reacted like I was asking him for the $20. He says I can't just go back to the vault and give you $20....He said we should have known when opening the account about the $1500 minimum balance requirement. Instead of being empathetic to the situation and doing the "right" thing, Steven PieTrick escalated 2 unhappy customers into more unhappiness. I told him it's not right and just forget about it. We ended up contacting the Citibank main # where they agreed to send a check for $20. I see Steven P gets great reviews on here but I must say, he was a D Bag to us. Maybe he doesn't like dudes as much as that pretty girl that was so fond of him. We were not belligerent, or rude in any way. By the way, when I asked for their business cards, Mr. PieTrick ran away to the back.

I went in this morning because I needed a new account (wasn't a fan of my previous bank) Steve Petrack greeted me when I walked in and literally had me in and out within 15 minutes. Not only was my experience over the top fast and easy but Steve was so nice and incredibly professional. I am so happy with the service I received and look forward to my future with Citibank!

I like this branch. They're all so nice and the wait is never that long. Also, every time I have banking needs and questions, they're always available to help and answer

Went in today to open a new bank account since I've had credit acct with them for a little while. Steven (personal banker) was the only one that noticed me and greeted me. He was so nice, professional and make me feel so welcoming. His attitude was the only reason why I even give this place a 2 stars. For a fancy business like this, the customer service and your attitude towards customers should be on your "A" game to have people coming back banking with you. The lady at the register was the one I'm talking about. Her name is Irene. She looks like she hated the job so much that all her bad attitude just went all in for me. When I didn't do nothing. I did not even have a smile or a thank you. But a "HOLD UP LET ME GIVE YOU ONE MORE RECEIPT" like if you are so pissed off at your job, don't show up. Other than that Steven !! You were a great help today.

This bank totally sucks. The fact that they don't open until 10am and just sit there and just stare at you through the glass as 12 people queue up outside is RIDICULOUS. Horrible service. F you Citibank you blow.

I been banking with CitiBank for about 8yrs now! And I've been satisfied and happy with the banks regulations and rules in service! I always recommend family and friends to banquet Citibank cuz I honestly being that their bank regulations and rules are a lot more convenient than other banks now and days! I've always deposit transferred money through the ATM machine without using a teller for better convenience or if I'm running short on time I've never had any issues with my money. Its always been available right there in there when it's deposit for all the years I've been banking with them! this particular time with this branch I deposit my check and needed to pay some bills today and the check was held because I deposit my check through the ATM on this specific branch...? I went to go see a teller and they couldn help me with anything they said that the check will be held till Tuesday! They said that if I would have went to the teller and deposit my check I wouldn't have this problem I honestly don't understand the difference! very discouraged and disappointed I would definitely never use this ATM to deposit cash or checks again don't need this inconvenience!
