I sure enjoy coming to this bank!The tellers are always are able to take care of whatever I need, very friendly and passionate on helping me out with whatever I need to get done for the day! I enjoy April and Kayla! They sure know how to make people appreciated in times like these A++. I recomend citywide to everyone that is going through these rough bank times!

This bank is by far the worst bank I have ever been with. It's not so Much the service at Citywide it's the customer service! I have never been treated so low and disrespectful talking to any of these CS reps. They rushed me off the phone, before I'm even done talking they would hang up on me. I can understand if I was being rude but just asking a simple question is an inconvenience to them. I chose this bank Because it's close to home and convenient now the convenience is not worth the disrespect this bank delivers day in and out. These CS reps definitely needs more training for they do not know how to talk or treat their customers. I'm closing my account Come Monday since I'm leaving Out of town today, only reason. I Keep giving them the benfit of the doubt and after several years I am done! There are so many better banks out there and you know why???? Costumer service plays a huge part on whether or not people stay with them. This bank does not have that kind of people working for them to make anyone want to stay and just settle. I definitely do not recommend this bank due to the customer service. If you want better treatment and talked to like you're an actual human, my advices is to bank anywhere else. The Erie location especially is very poor on how they treat their customers. Disappointed. Was very excited when that bank originally opened close to home. Now not at all... that's a shame that they allow their people to talk to Customers the way they do and treat them so disrespectfully. If there was 0 stars I would have definitely rated it that!

Thought this was going to be a great start just moved to colorado wanted a new bank everyone was really nice and welcoming. They don't give you your debit card like most banks do when you start with them they mail them okay. Been 2 weeks and still didn't get them called them mutiplie times were not helpful made me think I was impatient. Instead of reality not taking that long they said 5-9 business days. Well wouldn't recommend anyone banking here I no longer will.

I really wanted to like your bank. I looked around to pick a new local bank, weary of the mega corps. I even came into the branch, about a month ago. Spoke to someone in front. I was told she had no information for my type of deposit because it was higher funds than she usually handles. Said a banker would be calling me in a few days. I suppose your bank has folks wander in daily ready to deposit 200K, so why bother to call me back? I just can't begin to tell you how unreliable of a face this is to present to a new client. Shows so much attention to detail. And we would expect you to keep count too. Frightening. Thank you I suppose, for the early warning of what to expect from this bank.

it's a great place to bank the tellers are friendly and pleasant to work with since it's not a big Corporation they treat you like a person, they take the time to get to know you and call you by your name not the next number in line.

This bank won't cash a check with only a valid state ID you have to have a drivers license
