DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!Depending on who you speak with and on which day their answers change. The guys were great, the ladies unfortunately not so much. They need to work on their customer service, and their attitude towards customers.We have been fighting with them for 2months to get the DMV paperwork just to get the tags! This place doesnt care about their customers! Worst service Ever!!!!

Very disappointed, where do I start? At 2 weeks, brakes needed replaced, 3 weeks found that there was NO OIL in the vehicle, luckily I was able to take it to a gmc service center where they informed me of an oil leak! From there I took it to another mechanic the same day and they informed me that the vehicle needed a water pump and a transmission hose replacement! Now mind you I was given a paper and verbal confirmation that the vehicle had a thorough check by the owners mechanic! Make it make sense please! There's no way! Also, not one indicator showed on my vehicle as to warn me of these issues! I'm assuming a reset as to not show me of these issues so I would not think anything was wrong at the time of purchase. I received a call from Rose where I explained the findings from the shops I went to, her reply was, bring it in and let my mechanic look at it, well he confirmed the very thing I told him when I dropped the vehicle off to him! According to him Rose offered to pay 200 of the bill, what a slap in the face, I feel they knew this vehicle had costly repairs needed, yet sold me the anyways! I was never going to have the vehicle fixed by them, just wanted to see how far this rabbit hole went and if ANY RESPONSIBILITY would be taken or acknowledged. I am stuck with a 5 year payment for this vehicle and in the first 3 weeks I will be coming out of pocket just to fix these issues. Mind you I am ubbering at 58 each way to get back and forth to work! That's116 a day, will probably end up paying for a rental til I can actually save the money up to get these costly repairs done! And guess what folks? I HAVEN'T EVEN MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT YET! GO FIGURE! LET ALONE MY TAGS THAT WILL BE COMING UP! THIS IS ONE EXPERIENCE I WOULD HOPE MY WORST ENEMY WOULD NEVER HAVE TO GO THROUGH! VERY STRESSFUL TO SAY THE LEAST And LESSON LEARNED! I will eventually get my vehicle fixed but definitely not by them! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

Sell you broken cars then want you to clear your bank to fix the broke car they sold you. Suggestion, if you buy through them. Take the car in and get it thoroughly inspected before the 30 days is up. Take it back if ANYTHING comes up wrong.

Had a great experience test driving cars here. The owner and her daughter were very responsive, informative, and kind. Not pushy at all. You can tell they take pride in their business. We didn't buy a car today, but may in the future simply because they had great service.

Rose and Brigid we’re beyond amazing, definitely my best car buying experience. They both made everything fast and easy especially with me being a first time buyer. They explained everything, answered all of my questions while being patient and honest about everything. They treated my mom and I like family and not just a paycheck. They both go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. They call to check on everything with the vehicle even paid for my oil to get changed and checked the liquids as well as windshield wipers. Awesome hard working family/dealership, definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Rose is great! A month after I bought my truck from her she called to make sure everything was going good, and asked me to bring it in, when i did she paid for an oil change. Definitely a good place to shop!

Definitely recommend getting a car from here. Staff was very friendly and made the transaction process very smooth. Along with the Subaru forester I purchased from them was in good condition and at a reasonable price range.

If I could give 100 stars I would. From the moment my husband and I walked in, Rose made us feel like family! We had the best time, I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. It was the most amazing car buying experience we've ever had. Rose is so so so kind and such a sweet person. My husband Ed and I are lifetime customers now. Thank you Rose so much, you have no idea the impact you made on my heart! We will definitely be back for the next car.

Rose was wonderful to work with. This was absolutely my best car buying experience that I've ever had. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was different. I didn't feel as though someone was trying to sell me anything but rather assist me in finding what I was looking for. Rose was very nice, informative, and a no pressure sales professional. I actually felt like we were friends during this purchase -- I've never felt that way before with any other major purchase. I left her dealership with my new favorite car of my dreams that I got for a great price! She even gave me a very fair price for my trade. I feel that the car that I purchased is a high quality vehicle that will last me for sometime in the future.....Regarding financing, I actually already had my financing together when I arrived, however Rose introduced me to another credit union that bet the offer that I already had. I was apprehensive about looking into it at first but am glad that I took her suggestion. I'm very glad that our paths crossed. I did like this dealership and I do like the car I bought, however I was disappointed with a couple of things.About 30mi down the road my tpms warning went on and I found that all 4 tires had been pumped up to 55psi, which is waaayyy higher than the manufacturer’s recommended 32, not to mention seriously unsafe. Additionally upon waxing the car I noticed decently sized dents in the passenger’s side doors, which were not notated in the sale or in the car fax history. I was also not given the drivers door key/glovebox key and will now have to pay to get new lock cores.Okay dealership, but definitely don’t blindly trust them.
