Great service visit. Just a routine oil change / tire rotation visit, but everyone eqas great, really helpful. I had a 930 appt. and was out by 1030. The service dept. at Emich (and previously Luby) has always treated me well.

Thought the service was. Terrible Bought a 2014 Corvette from you 1 year ago Paid for the extended warranty The module control went bad Warranty would not cover itV And Dealer wouldn’t deal with it
So yeah, about every two years I trade in $100,000 truck doubt if I’ll go there again.
And I’m gonna call GM financing to plane with a terrible warranty service they sell. And I want it dropped from my payment and all the previous payments I’ve paid towards for refunded Worst surface ever

We came from out of state to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Our sales consultant Nora was great. However we were not notified of the $499 “electronic filing fee.” The dealer collects registration ahead of time and uses an intermediary company to process your registration. It’s a completely convoluted process of back and forth, but it is what it is. Once we received our tags and registration we noticed the dealer collected $282.23 for “registration fee” but our registration from our county was only $177. I’ve reached out to the finance manager twice inquiring what the additional $105 was for, but have not received a response.
