From the time I walked in the front desk girl was extremely snappy and short with me, disrespectful and rude. She acted like she didn't want to be there. But my doctors were the exception they were nice and patient.

Absolutely terrible concentra, would rather just die than ever come back here. Called just to get imaging results, first person I speak with tells me they don’t have any history of me and to call the facility, I’m literally talking to the facility I got the X-rays at. They tell me they’re going to email. I wait an hour and nothing, I call back and I get rude staff that wants to just hang up whenever I call. So I block my number and call back. Now I’m getting told they can’t start burning the images to the CD until I physically there so they can verify me. This after I give my name and date of birth. Absolute buffoonery at this location, better off going literally anywhere else or alternately just dying

Unfriendly welcome at the desk.Very long wait.Had to fill several forms that had same content needed.Felt more like a veteran clinic that didn’t care.

Told me to come on Saturday to get my TB test checked and they are closed on Saturdays. Pretty unprofessional, not to mention I feel like the lady who checked me in was laughing at me. Everytime I came to grab paperwork or return it, she couldn’t hold in her laughter.

The building isn’t welcoming and was dirty on the inside with debris around areas. The front desk staff could be heard throughout waiting room sharing patient information or loudly repeating social security numbers. It was a bit uncomfortable in that area. The staff was overwhelmed and stressed due to high patient volume and delayed providers. Clinic closed at 5pm and I was able to be seen at 5:20pm after waiting for over an hour. The staff was kind to me throughout the experience!

Why are we telling people it’s a 45 min wait for a drug test when it’s really 2 hour wait! People have jobs and obligations. Stop lying and sugarcoating your wait times!! Don’t come here if you’re trying to get in and out within 1 hour. Each time I’m here, the Ladiesin the front don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Hire new people!!

I personally choose this location to get my DOT physical because there is always someone on duty that can perform the physicals. You don't need an appointment but you need to show up about an hour to an hour and a half before they close to get the physical done.The staff is always pleasant and professional.
