If you are looking for HOT Yoga, this is the place to be in Lakewood CO! I have been attending since May of 2019, 2 - 3x / week to help with mobility in my hips, low back, and upper back. The patterns are consistent, the location is good, the instructors are all attentive. Container Collective has been life changing for me due to health issues, a short leg issue and for mental clarity and some pain relief! Some people do not "like being hot"... as a former professional dancer, this is one of the best ways to get your ultimate stretch on. It's only hot for an hour and you'll meet new friends!

I love this place. The physical studio is serene and esthetically beautiful. It’s got infrared heating and cushioned floors. It’s full of plants and kind warm people. The live online classes are smooth and high quality. If your feeling like you are missing human connection post pandemic, this is a place to connect with kind people and get an awesome full body workout.

Moving to a new state is never easy, but CCYOGA made the transition that much more easeful for me. I was welcomed immediately, met some amazing humans and created connections that on and off my mat that helped me through some very hard times. Not only did I grow as an individual, I was given the opportunity to grow in my business and in teaching yoga as well. The space that I needed for all of that growth was held in the walls of CCYOGA. I have a deep love for the people who walk through the doors everyday and great respect for those I teach beside. Thank you CCYOGA for providing that container for me.

I’ve been going to Container Collective Yoga for about 4 years, and found a space where I can be myself. People chat before and after class, and I’ve made some amazing friends here. People I would maybe never have met otherwise. It isn’t just a place to workout, but a place where you show up as your are and get the benefit of moving with your breathe or just being how you are that day on your mat.

Likely one of the best studios in the metro area. Clean, professional and actively aware of the community they are creating. The classes are music free I can't say enough how much I appreciate the silence. The teaches are good and the vibe is great.

An awesome class with a clear powerful message! The studio was clean and everyone was friendly and super welcoming. I came all the way from PA to take classes and would recommend it! The heat was perfect with the solar panels on the ceiling!

As an experienced yogi who has practiced yoga for more than half my life, a regular yoga practice is important to me; but as a disabled veteran, it is also sometimes a struggle. Spinal stenosis and “bone on bone” patellofemoral knee arthritis present particular challenge, but I find that CC Yoga strikes the right balance for me. I feel that I am encouraged to maintain respect for my physical limits while still getting a good workout. CC Yoga classes provide a balanced and therapeutic yoga practice that leaves me stretched, strengthening, and fit. At CC yoga I feel comfortable intuitively working through the vinyasas cued while modifying or omitting asanas as my body needs. CC Yoga’s implementation of appropriately rigorous and medically sound infection control procedures is also a comfort.

This yoga studio is more than just a place. Container Collective is this hidden treasure for your yoga practice. The first day I walked in their doors I felt immediately welcomed with open arms (from 6 feet away of course) They take COVID precautions very seriously and I feel so safe. From everyones temperatures being taken, being masked during your practice, and how spaced out the studio is I know I can always come to this studio feeling confident they are doing everything in their power to fight this pandemic. I highly recommend CCYOGA!

I've been a member of Container Collective Yoga for many years and have consistently had an exceptional experience there. The studio itself is comfortable and beautiful with a warm vibe that immediately put me at ease. Brittany embodies the welcoming, instructive, and non-judgmental spirit of yoga and her classes are a joy.
