They have some hockey gear but it's the last place you should ever go to look for it. Found one decent stick, set it aside for a minute while looking at the extremely disorganized gloves. Turned around and stick was gone. On my way out the door I saw an employee trying to stick-handle a puck with said stick. What a waste of time.

it's still a big chain store so I feel like they are really heavy on fewer brands, but the staff is really helpful. they may not be experts in a product, but they really stick with you to help you out.

Really terrible dressing rooms.There is no shelf or bench. So there is no where to set your phone or keys or purse while you change other than the floor.Then, there is a pendant style light that is lone light bulb hanging in a basement quality, and it’s not even centered in front of the mirror. The light is completely off to the side from the mirror, forcing you to step out of the dressing room to get minimal LED lighting from a tri-fold mirror in a public space.Honestly. When people are trying on $140 Nike leggings the very least these stores could offer is an adequate space to try on and actually see the clothing.

Walked around for about 45 minutes and was completely ignored by the staff. No one bothered to offer any assistance or even say hello. To make things worse, there was an employee downstairs who was too busy eating her sandwich and smoking her vape pen right in front of customers. When I finally found her and asked a question about an item, she had no clue and I had to guide her to the booth. It didn't end there - she then walked me up to the main desk where I asked the owner about the item and its price. The owner couldn't even identify the vendor and accused me of tampering with the price tag. Fed up, I left the $200 worth of items I had already chosen on the counter and walked out. I used to go to this store at least once a month, but after this terrible experience, I'm not sure if I'll ever return.

Good location and they have a large selection here. Prices are pretty high, but that is expected. Every once in a while they do have sales and that is the best time to go.

Dicks lost my order and claimed it was my fault. I had a confirmation number to prove I ordered the bag that I needed and that didn't matter to them. They had the bag in stock so there should never have been an issue picking it up. They were unwilling to call their customer service department, as I later did, and found proof, using my confirm number, that I indeed paid for my order. We had to drive back and forth a couple times due to their mistake, costing not only time but a bunch for gas too. I thought a small 10% rebate ($7) would be nice as a courtesy for the inconvenience and our wasted money on gas. It was a matter of principle at this point. The manager insisted that it was my fault and wouldn't even consider a $7 rebate. Customer service is dead. Retail is dying and it is a shame. Store employees like these are just exacerbating the problem. I'll shop elsewhere.

The guy at the bike section deserves a raise. He found the right tire, put the tire in, and refilled and adjusted my bike faster than it took for me to walk the store. It's the smoothest ride I've hard on this thing.
