This morning 4/3/2025 I came and bought three bowls I went around looking and forgot it at the booth I didn't see it and I don't know where it is, then because I was in a hurry I picked up three new bowls to leave but the Mexican woman was so rude she looked at me with contempt and fierce eyes She deliberately threw the basket it was horrible! I am a customer who always buys here because my house is 2 streets away everyone is very friendly me and my family will not come back!

Feb 26th around 12:10pm I entered my Local Dollar Tree(Which I Love!) To buy my Grandmother's necessity as usual. I asked the heavy set cashier wearing glasses what days the shelves are stocked and she seemed disgusted with the question, or me I could not tell, but was treated with contempt for doing so. The manager over heard her initial response and kindly answered my question. I do not know what I did to insult that woman but felt nothing but icke and hatred after leaving that store. Hopefully the Manager or someone will take into consideration the behavior of that employee and address it.

I really like this store , they have tons of great things, especially holiday decor and household items for my home for a great price and its across the street from my house which is amazing, but unfortunately The cashier that checked me out was very rude very unfriendly and acted like I was stupid because I didn't hear what she said, she repeated it in a snooty tone of voice and facial expressions that made me feel very unwelcome. She did not greet me when I walked in the store either. She was younger with light brown hair and glasses. Clearly, she needs more training and customer service skills and needs to also learn how to be nicer to the customers that walk in.

Very bad service to the public, these types of people should not be there as employees, they feel they have power, they are owners in that place, I don't think I will buy from that place again, very bad.

Most disrespect from a a manager ever he cussed a yelled at me threatened me for questioning the price or my receipt 🧾never felt so threatened by this man he didn't even have a name tag there was no reason for him to treat me that way Calling corporate in the morning God bless this man 🙏🕊️🙌

The store says it closes at 9 PM but I arrived at 5:45 and they wouldn’t let me in saying they were closing. Note that their hours are not what they say they are.

I'm supposed to be open at 8 am but on the contrary it's still closed like until 9am I think there are those who serve and they don't let you in and they tell you to wait

My father recently went in for some deals , however the cashiers need to be more AWARE of there customers , specially disabled customers . The line SHOULD NOT be more important than the people that need help getting the door opened or even walk there groceries to there car , I will be taking this to corporate. Manegment needs IMPROVEMENT!!!
