What I did appreciate about this store was the fact that they have a large variety of just about every brand and every style of shoe. I was specifically looking for a pair of Reebok hightops and after looking at about 7 stores in the mall (unsuccessfully), I found them here. In the back of the store, they have a large clearance section. Surprisingly, I found a pair of Reebok hightops there that were in my size. They were originally $89, but I signed up to get their emails and texts, which gave me an additional amount off at the register, so in the end I paid around $45 for them, which is quite a good deal. While looking around, I found another pair of Reebok hightops that I liked, but they did not have them in my size. I was easily able to order them right there on their website in the size I needed and just have them shipped directly to the store. I really liked the convenience of that. The name "warehouse" is pretty fitting for this store. I stopped in here to find a specific brand and style of shoes that I had been looking everywhere for. I had never been in a DSW before, but a friend suggested I try this place. Upon entering, it felt very much like a giant warehouse. It was not like a regular retail store where there was a welcoming feeling and store staff there to assist. It has a bit of a cold, dark feeling...like a warehouse. Both times that I have been in the store, there are only 2 staff members that I could see working and initially, they do not come off as being very friendly or really wanting to go out of their way to help. Each time, when I approached staff, they seemed irritated that I was interrupting what they were doing to ask a question. As a shopper, that is a bit offputting to feel like an inconvenience. I do like the location of this place and the fact that they have a large variety of styles, brands, and sizes. Being able to order shoes on their website and have them shipped to the store is a huge plus for me, so I will be shopping here again.

Went in to get some new work boots. I asked them if they would price match. It was a 10 dollar difference that I saw on bootbarns. They didn't want to price match for 10 bucks so I went to bootbarns. Thats 500 bucks a year I won't be spending at dsw. Thanks guys

Over priced without much of a selection for women. Middle age women don't want to feel like they're wearing Grandma's shoes. What happened to stylish and practical?

It's ok. Selection is decent, prices could definitely be better.

Came in to handle a return, JULIA was the one "helping" us. All we actually received was attitude & snide remarks. I honestly couldn't believe this person was a manager. Left angry & confused as to why she felt the need to continuously argue with us over unnecessary things. UNBELIEVABLE!

They send you coupons to get you in the store and spending money but when you read the fine print on the coupon it excludes almost every brand they sell. Sad so many people steal and walk out with free shoes and they cant honor that for paying customers.

I stopped at this location to return a pair of shoes I purchased at the Park Meadows location as its closest to my house. The cashier was rude and dismissive of me. She was aggravated by my mere presence. I was so upset by her demeanor that I decided not to stay and look around the store. I'm sure that this is NOT what DSW wants in their customer service model.

I live in Glenwood Springs and was in denver for the day and needed to return shoes that had broke after two weeks of use. The lady who helped me out had a very rude attitude right off the bat. She told me right away (with a big attitude) she wouldn’t accept the shoes. I explained to her I’ve had them for two weeks and showed the three spots that were already broken. Her attitude never changed towards me and the moment her coworker walked in she became all happy. She also tried to tell me her system was down even though it wasn’t.I work in customer service so I get people have bad days but her attitude took me back and NOT in a good way.

I usually love DSW, but this location is ridiculous. I have made several pickup orders online and they either don’t have the shoes picked when I arrive to pick them up (even though it’s far after the email says they’re ready) or they’ve picked the wrong shoes. Also, the store is dingy and lacks selection.

Customer service was great. I am a member of the DSW reward program, which is super helpful when you forget your receipt to make a return or exchange. The cashier looked my purchase up and the transaction was completed in less than 2 minutes.

"Kat" is far beyond rude, completely unprovoked. Was she having a bad day? Was she mad that I needed to get a smaller size for my baby? She says I could help who's next I said I needed to get a smaller size I had my receipt she goes what do you need to know where they're at and I said sure if you want to show me and so she walked briskly and pointed her her finger and said "right there" I said okay I bent to see if they had the correct size and I went to bend down to get them and she had just walked away. So I grabbed the shoes went to the desk waited for 10 minutes while everybody else was being helped and two other employees were like are you being helped and I said yeah I told him what happened and they kept helping other people then when she was done with the line the lady in the next cashier came over to finish helping me it was just the oddest encounter I've ever had. I was owed a $1.47 and they wanted to put it on a merchandise card I told them to be completely honest I'm not going to shop here again so a manager had to come to give me a $1.47 in cash he almost dropped the change because he threw it in my hand and I had to ask if they could give me a bag. I've been treated pretty poorly when shopping but that had to be top five
