I ordered a gift for my best friend. I should've read the reviews before I bought this. My friend already had cakes for her birthday, so between the reviews and not needing this gift anymore, I called the store. No answer. I left a message. No response. I filed a cancelation that supposedly went to this store. No reply. I called again, no answer. So I filed another cancelation. I had two case numbers for cancelation, and this was almost a week after I submitted a cancelation. Finally, I found an email for customer service help in one of the reviews here.
They got back to me immediately and said that they canceled my order. They sent proof of cancelation.
I hope nothing goes wrong.
An employee of the store did contact me today 8/10/25, and communicated with Mr. She was very nice and I appreciate her reaching out to check in with me.
Still, I am very disappointed about the lack of communication last week until l now..

Extremely Disappointed – Not Worth the Money at All
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel like I have to warn others. My husband paid a lot of money for an order from Edible, expecting something fresh, delicious, and worth the price. What we got was the complete opposite.
The fruit was not fresh at all — it tasted old, mushy, and had zero flavor. The chocolate was waxy and low-quality, and the entire arrangement looked sloppy. For the price he paid, we expected premium quality, but it honestly felt like a complete rip-off.
It’s not fair to charge people that much money for something so poorly prepared. This felt more like robbery than a gift. We are extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

All the fruit sweet & fresh. Perfect. The grapes were really special & pineapple so good. I ate all the chocolate strawberries.thank you it was a surprise gift to us. Love it!!!

Do NOT use this store/company!!! Run away. Son ordered beautiful (and over priced) arrangement. Delivery completely screwed up. I got much cheaper item addressed to a different person from a company I don’t know. Wondering whether she got my much nicer order, and whether the company that ordered hers was ever informed, or she was told she was supposed to get something from them. You would think my son would get a refund, but NOPE. So angry on his behalf. Unless you want to gift something overpriced to a stranger DO NOT ORDER.

The worse experience I have ever had using edible arrangements I ordered a cheesecake arrangement for my mom for Mother’s Day instead she received a cheaply made brownie arrangement I didn’t pay $69 for 3 brownies that look like zebra cakes and 4 rotten strawberries when I called to complain they stated they ran out of cheesecake this shouldn’t be the customers fault to receive such poor quality order I asked for a refund and was told they could give a 25% discount seriously why would I want to spend more money when I already spent money and didn’t get what I ordered they gave me a 1800# to call that no one answer just leave a voicemail this is the worse experience I received my mother works overnight and I work during the day so I don’t get to see her the least I wanted to do was get her cheesecake delivered since I’m a teen that doesn’t drive and even the small thought that could have counted was ruined thanks edible arrangements

I have not been to Edible Arrangements in a long time, but we stopped into a store to pick up something for our neighbors. They did not have that much of a selection, but most of the stuff is pre-order. We ended up getting a large order of the chocolate covered strawberries. Our neighbors said they were amazing. The fruit was perfect and ripe with the correct amount of chocolate on them. Now I want to order something for my wife and I.

RUN!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! Spent almost $80 and my recipient never received the gift. I will be calling corporate because the store is now ignoring my calls and messages. As stated I will now make sure that this store feels the loss of business for taking my money and doing nothing to amend the wrongdoing by its delivery driver. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! They take you money and give you nothing but a headache and stress.

I also had a terrible experience at this store. The item I was charged for was not delivered, and when I spoke with the lady at the store, she was unbelievably rude for no reason. I had to call the main customer service number to get anything sorted out. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible experience! I paid over 100.00 for a Friday delivery. It ended up getting delivered on Monday. Flowers were wilted and the fruit was brown. Might as well make your own chocolate dipped fruit and hand deliver your own flowers from the store. Way overpriced for terrible service and delayed delivery.
