I took my 2015 Corvette in for an oil change. I made the appointment over the phone. The gal that set up the appointment was very pleasant. When I arrived for the scheduled appointment, I was greeted by Scott, one of the service advisors. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the Corvette. He got the vehicle in and out in a very timely manner and I was extremely pleased with the service. The final bill was even less than I was expecting. I will certainly return for further service needs. I called another Chevrolet dealership, (JOHN ELWAY) which is much closer to my home and was quoted $83.00 more for the same oil change. Scott and Emich will get all of my future Corvette needs. Scott is definitely an asset to the Emich organization.

We bought 2 cars there so far and there’s No where else we would go. Marc and Angel were so patient and so helpful! They were so dedicated and made everything such a smooth process for us.We also only use their service department when it comes to our vehicles because they are so reliable and trustworthy.

needed front end work done, the part was not available at your warehouse, but Joe at Emich on Wadsworth was great and follow up finding me the part for my car. I have an older car but very low milage and I have always taken care of it. So when Joe was able to work with GM to get the part, this was really great customer service. I bought my car at this dealership, and they have been good about every visit, but this one was up and beyond so thank you and to Joe.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Terrible service. Took my car in for an Ac diagnostic test and oil change. Once I received verbally the condition of my ac and price, I postponed the fix and proceeded with thr oil change. When I checked out, I didn't even receive a sheet normally In diagnostics what other things are wrong with the car; it would have red, yellow, green boxes when an oil change or things that need to be done The guy who attended looked new. Once I got the keys I saw the tire light on and approached the man who was behind the counter again and I said why is the light on? He's like your tire sensors need replacement, I asked, why wasn't I told this when they ran the diagnostic test. He responded, you werent here and didn't ask for it. That was the most ignorant, lazy remark ever. This is not my first time I came to the dealer and if I pay $200 for a diagnostic test regardless as to why I requested this diagnostic , I should be notified of other things that are requiring repair in the my car. I turned around and left. I've been a chevy owner for over 40 years and I will never come back to this dealer.

Bought an $80,000 truck here, also paid for the extended warranty.Problem 1 - told the dealership about the chrome peeling on the headlight trim 2 years ago. Granted this was during Covid, however we were told at the time that the parts were out of stock and they would get in touch with us when they had some replacements. Have never heard from them.Problem 2- the oil pan started leaking at the seal. We made an appointment to have it looked at and it was diagnosed by their service team. We were told they had to order the part and they would let us know when it was in. When it came in we requested a loaner as each of us needs a car to get to work. We received push back even thought it specifically says I. The Chevrolet warranty that a loaner will be provided. They reluctantly provided the loaner vehicle. However, they called and claimed the part that they waited for 5 weeks for was defective and that we needed to come pick up the truck and they would call when the new no defective part came in.6 weeks later we get a call that the new part was in. We take the truck down and the dealership refuses to provide a loaner as stipulated in the Chevrolet warranty so we are without a way for one of us to get to work without spending our own money to do so in order to get an issue fixed that is under warranty. Then we get a call the next day that they had received the wrong part and to pick up the truck. They put it back together and and changed the oil filter and put oil back in the truck. We picked it up and we're told that they would call when the correct part came in.While waiting for yet another 6 weeks for the correct part I noticed oil spots in my drive way, crawled under the truck to find that the oil filter was now leaking.We finally get a call that the correct oil pan had come in. Once again they refused to provide a loaner per the Chevrolet warranty. Once again we have to leave the truck with them for multiple days and find a way for one of us to get to work paying from our pocket.I would not recommend doing business with this dealership, at this point after having been a loyal Chevrolet customer for most of my adult life, I am considering going with a different manufacturer in the future due to the fact that the Chevrolet warranty is apparently just lip service that is not honored, they are too incompetent to fix the warranty issues in the first place, and they have no concerns about doing the honorable thing and living up to the agreement they make with you when you buy their vehicles.Don't buy here and don't even by Chevrolet or GMC, CROOKS!

I made a appointment for just a oil change, and waited for almost 3 hours. When I dropped it off,they said the technician wasn't busy and would get it done quickly.My bow tie was laying on my council when i picked it up. You would think they would of glued it back on when they slammed my hood to make it fall off.Service: Oil change

Customer service is terrible. looking at the previous reviews nothing has changed. Like the previous customer said. a "good ol boys club."They are lazy, don't listen to the needs of their customers. No wonder the lot looks empty compared to other dealerships. I will never come back here nor do business here ever again.

On-site experience: excellent! The amenity is good, the staff are welcoming and very knowledgable. This part deserved a 5-Star review!However, the online experience is still lacking on following up with customer. I scheduled an oil change and a transmission diagnostic appoinments back to back on the same day. When I replied to the confirmation email saying that my appointments were intentional, not accidentally booked twice, no one replied back nor to tell me transmission appoinments were not available until mid september. I was only told so by the service rep when I arrived there. This is also the 2nd time it happened. The first time was when I chatted with service rep online, and was told they would follow up with me via email, but no email ever arrived in my inbox.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Made a Saturday afternoon appointment to get the oil changed in my Corvette. Scott, the service advisor, was there to greet me and check me in. They got right on it and it was done in less than an hour. I sure appreciate the Saturday service "overtime" as it was a more relaxing experience for me. David
