Empire provides great personal service in the buying process as well as a great Service Department. If I'm looking for a Nissan I wouldn't t buy it any place else. Shout out to the terrific Sales force. Matt Kordis and Byron Spitler are 1st rate as is Brian their sales manager. And definitely see Ty in the service department.

Byron setup my appointment, greeted me at the door, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. We looked at a few SUVs because that's what I knew I wanted and quickly found one that had the features I was looking for. We went back in and he laid out purchase and lease options and the pricing for each, I decided on a lease and got that done quickly. All the paperwork and customer service from there was super easy too!All in all impeccable service and I feel like I'll buy from this dealership in the future.

Super professional staff. We worked with Albert who helped us with all the procedures. Very nice and helpful. Empire Nissan gave us the best price of any dealer. Highly recommend them! We are very happy customers!

Just purchased a used car from here this weekend. And I can say that Byron and the team of associates are awesome guys! No stress with process , professional and knowledgeable. Byron took his time with me explaining everything with professionalism and no pressure sales. I will definitely buy from here again and will also refer people to this particular location. Thanks Byron for your help and time. I am thrilled with my new ride!!

Not exactly my first thoughts or feelings when I have to take my car in for service but,I'm still in awe over the positive experience your team of service personnel made on meI’m really happy and satisfied.And my Car is working great!My overall sense of Ty Campbell’s personal heartfelt concern for the care of my car and welfare for me as a person, was a tangible experience that was real.Hard to describe, yet genuine. And your sharing your sense about the battery possibly being the real issue, ........ Could not emphasize enough how great our experience has been with Empire. Chris(the owner), Dave, and Matt went way out of their way to deal with us recently on two new vehicles after having a horrible experience at another dealership. Have had wonderful interaction over the years with the service department regarding our Titan and other Nissan cars. Thanks guys for restoring my faith in the car buying experience! Fans forever! Called these folks a couples days before to inquire about my 5k oil change on my new Titan and without hesitation “Ernie said hey come on in and we get you in as priority.” It took me a couple days but, I finally made it during a lunch hour and was greeted and helped almost immediately from several employees. Ernie was slammed but greeted me and got right back to me as he said he would. Everyone I spoke with were an absolute pleasure and super helpful the entire time. My truck was cleaned and maintenance perfectly. You guys are top notch in my book probably one of the best experiences and customer service experiences I have ever had. I’ll definitely be returning for all my maintenance needs. Thank you all for being super helpful and on point. I give a ton of credit to Ernie that dude is solid as they come.

UPDATE 2: the response from the dealer below was an update to the original update. Funny no one called me. They just updated their response for public reasons. I do want to update everyone that the dealer did not inform me that the key was on back order prior to signing docs. Hence why they offered to tear up the contract. I was told it had two keys by sales. This is a statement of fact. Keep in mind they said they would call the previous owner once a month to check on the key. That appears to not be the case based on the response below. I will call them once a month to check anyways. Please also keep in mind I called Toyota while I was their before walking out. They said I could put an order for a key. Dealer offered inventory differs from parts purchase and informed them they could buy me a new key and that Toyota Stevenson east could do it. They denied. Just updating the public as the response from empire is misleading. Reducing the review to a single star from two.UPDATE: Whoever from the dealer that responded below never got in touch with me. Just letting everyone know! I’m still waiting for a call in regards to the matter.Would have been a 5 star experience other than 2 missed promises.I bought a 2023 Tundra here (used) and was told it comes with two keys. I should have verified but took the sales reps word of mouth. He also stated he would fill the vehicle up to a full tank. Another item I should have verified prior to purchase.Once everything was signed I was then informed the car only came with a single key and I would need to wait for the previous owner to get a key from Toyota Andy they would give it to me. I tend to forget keys so two keys is important for me to have.They would not pay for Toyota to make an additional key after I confirmed they could. They even went as far as stating they would tear the entire sales contract over a key.I found that ridiculous and a bit over the top. I then step into the vehicle to leave just to see it came empty (on fuel). Already frustrated I left.Please verify all promises and have it in proper writing before purchasing any vehicle here.For a dealer who boasts high customer service awards I was disappointed how petty they were to just get me a key they told me it had.

Pretty helpful staff in the repair department. They were patient with working with me on getting the repairs covered under my warranty. Took a bit longer than I expected but wasn’t too bad. Was able to get ahold of someone pretty easily if I had questions. Will definitely come back for any other repairs or concerns. Thanks Empire!

Went to dealership to test drive a Frontier and get questions answered about the truck. Ross (salesman) was awesome, took time to get all my questions answered. Very easy to deal with, I ended up with a new truck before I left.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. The salesman lied to me about tiling the vehicle. What they could, and could not do. The finance person, Nat, did the same thing told me that a car could not be in my name with "or" for someone else's name. After they got their cashiers check and I asked for the name on the title to have an ore with another person the finance person Nate told me he was good that he had the money that's all he needed. Refused or would not chance the title. These people are slime. They care nothing about doing the ethics. All they care about is selling and closing the deal and then they're done with you. There are snakes. They will tell you all kinds of lies to close a deal and get a sale.

I feel comfortable and the salesman, Martin was not pushy. He really collaborated with us to get to a great deal. Very trustworthy. This is our 3rd Nissan. We are very happy with the service.

AAA 5 star service. Bought two cars from here. Prices are whats on the window. No haggling. Service for maintenance is stellar.

Nick is, as always, very transparent and helpful. He knows what services are offered and is not afraid to ask his colleagues questions if he doesn’t. That said, at my last service the tech said I needed new stays for my hood and trunk. I was supposed to receive a call when those came in, but that never happened. At this appointment, there was no mention of the stays needing to be replaced. The inconsistency makes me feel like I’m getting scammed every time I go in.
