Very disappointed. I went with my Mom today for her appointment as her primary care doctor had suggested this specific location. Some of the staff were extremely rude. As a business that is supposed to help people, y'all have failed. The lack of support and respect that was held for my Mom was disgusting. It's not even customer service, it's being a decent human. As my Mom was a new patient, this first time experience wasn't welcoming whatsoever. The women at the front desk were kind so I know that it's not this whole facility - but it's important to know that even a few individuals can discourage someone from coming to your facility and continuing treatment with you. The nurse that came in to talk to my Mom - I don't know if we caught her on a bad day but she was very hurtful. Do better and just be nice.

impossible to get ahold of. you cant get seen or in touch , spent 40 minutes on hold for csr to tell me to just call back in a few days.I asked her if she meant this week or next and she just put me on hold without even telling me she was.Asked her for the referral departments phone number because its been past the 5 business days and was transferred to a voicemail which no one will returnreally disappointment in their CSR's poor communication. the hospitals communication and lack of call backs

Amazing practice with the best docs in Colorado, they are in extremely high demand because of the quality of care so it’s not easy to get in compared to places less people want to go to.

This place is horrible!!! I have tried to get in to this place for over a year for something that affects me mentally and physically! They make a new excuse every time! Horrible people! So much for doctors trying to help you! 0 stars don't even try going here as the people just want to make money and are too lazy to actually care and help you... shame...

I have been seeing Dr. Bernard and her staff for many many years. Dr. Bernard and her nursing staff have always been very compassionate and attentive to my needs and responded quickly to requests and questions. They have been accommodating of my numerous drug allergies which present ongoing challenges and extra time addressing.I am presently experiencing a life threatening worsening condition and need for expensive daily medication which my prescription drug plan D is refusing to provide. A situation spiraling out of control and very depressing and frightening more so because it is jeopardizing my relationship with Dr. Bernard, my health and my future care. This office has spent endless hours trying to help and even provided free med samples to get me by and training in their use. I am so grateful for the support of Dr. Bernard and all her staff up to this point and highly recommend them to anyone needing specialized endocrinology treatment. It is extremely rare in these times to find providers like these who genuinely listen to and care about their patients.

I appreciate the attention and support Dr Thapas ofc has provided. I would appreciate if the clerical staff would pay more attention to what companies accept certain insurances and provide the correct information when submitting the Drs referral.
