Wish I could be a regional manager for smart space. It would be such an easy job. You don't have to follow up with anything or any customers and just collect a check. They sell all your stuff and never update your address when you move though you tell them to multiple times. Horrible company with subpar leadership. Don't use this place. Don't do it. Buyer beware. This company deserves to be shut down.

Security here is ridiculous! Manager doesn't even care. Here's an idea: give every tenant a separate access code.
This place is a come and go homeless shelter.

Place is great, super secure, need a code to get into everything. Nobody is getting in your stuff. Tim and Melissa did great and were very helpful.

I hate that there is not an option for zero stars.I have rented a storage unit at this facility for about a year. Throughout the year there have been some shady characters from time to time, but I have never really had an issue. Until today, my husband and I went to drop a few things off at our storage unit.When we got to our unit everything looked normal, the lock was in tact, and nothing looked tampered with.So it was a surprise when we opened our unit and found it had been rummaged through and a number of items were missing.We immediately went to the front desk where we notified Melisa, that a number of things were stolen from our unit.To which she said oh, there have been many break ins on the second floor and it’s been an entire police investigation.I then asked why this information was never relayed to the renters if it was a KNOWN issue that had been going on for over a month. To which Melisa, responded, “oh, we were told not to tell anyone”Now my husband and I are out over a thousand dollars worth of stuff and priceless memories that will never be restored.To those who stole our stuff! They are obviously trash, but that’s its own issue.But in my opinion it’s pretty sleezy for the management team to keep everything on a hush hush basis, in order to keep customers.Please save your money and protect your valuables and don’t rent at this facility!!!
