I'm probably biased in that I got to hang out with the heads of the Bank and they were great folk. They have real pro's that helped me through a problem. The feller that helped me should get rewarded. He was a consumate professional.
I've been in the First Bank Nugget's suite for a game, with his bosses. This guy absolutely deserves a game. For reference he took care of my call, at 11:10 on July 25th for Joe Bobay. A helluva professional.

Don't open an account with 1st bank. They will change your account terms at random and start adding on punitive fees, not for over-draft, but for lack of wealth. This bank is a rip off for normal working class people.

Stop by this branch with the hopes to open accounts for my kids but waited around for over an hour and no one helped us. they said they were in a meeting and no one was available.

My experiences, the leadership in this company is rotten to the core, a really toxic, hypocritical culture. Forget about diversity, equality and inclusion with this bank. They stereotype, pass judgement and discriminate. Best to go elsewhere.

Usually, I don't put a negative review but it left me no choice. There's things it never change for this new years eve or even during the PDC(pandemic).One, the bank managers weren't being polite enough for an acceptable truce and outcome, instead choosing to ban me.I don't know what, is the problem with them only because of the policies. I just feel it was wrong to be banned. I had an issue with the same manager at this location. I want to make a new complaint.I don't feel it's fair to deal with it, and I don't feel in the policies, doesn't say about banning. I am willing to be regretful, I do change. Just please, be more fair at least for my birthday wishes instead, just being selfish. That's why I'm asking a truce. I wish manager , can be more equally fair.I need a bank, but an online bank does not have to be in the same location.I want, this complaint to taken over about the current manager.

Everytime I go to make a deposit at the drive thru there always so friendly and nice to me I love my First Bank the people are always very helpful and understanding of others needs thank you First Bank Employees at the First Bank on Miller And West Colfax near Lowe store sincerely June one of your customers that is all ways very Happy and I Feel Good About Myself After I leave there Every time it's because of the Great Workers there Thanks Again For Always Putting.
