went in today and the really nice manager on duty took her time to adjust the price on a sale that didn't ring up properly on the register. i appreciate it after how stressful i know the holiday season has been. retail be rough out there. sorry if i didn't say thank you enough. you're appreciated. i really like my silly little knock off legos :)

I came with my kids 20 minutes befor closing they were very rude to us... I wasn't in the store 5 minutes they kept yelling at me n my children they were closing do not go to this one at all they scared my children I will not return to the 5 below they need more training on customers service

Yikes! Tried to ask how much something was because there was zero price tag to indicate how much it was & the older lady working had such an attitude for zero reason when I was just trying to find out how much something was. Like if you don’t want people to ask how much things were just post to sign with the price.
Use to go there often, now don’t think I’ll ever be back.

I was at your store yesterday when a strange man approached my son and I and acted like we were together checking out and demanding that I buy stuff. I am wanting to acknowledge how aware, kind, and engaged your staff is. There were two staff members in particular that were working the front, I asked the boys name but have since forgotten because of the situation but I believe it started with a T. They didn’t cause a scene, but made sure my kiddo and I were separated from this man until they could figure out if we were in fact shopping together and that we were safe. The young man even rang up and bagged all of my belongings and then asked if we were ok to go about our day or if we wanted to be walked to our car. These kids deserve a raise, and their parents should be incredibly proud of the children they are raising.

Lose a star for how overcrowded the aisles are.
There's a toy for your child here. It won't cost much and it won't take long to find.
Staff was super helpful. First time in, went very well.

To the employee( girl with glasses )who was completly condesending and snatched the items from. I hope the 0 review gives you an understanding of what your job should be. Which is CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HOPE MY REPORT MAKES IT TO HR. IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT. ESPECIALLY VISITING COLORADO SOMEONE WOULD SMACK YOU IN A DIFFERENT SETTING.
Don't recommend unless you want the worse customer service ever.
