Was told I needed to physically go to this location to pay for/start my policy, as they needed to take pics of my vehicle. Was also told they were open until 6pm. Arrived at 5:15 and no one was there. Huge waste of time. I ended up going with Progressive, for a lot less, too.

The lady in the store was I guess reasonable she did help me find another insurance company so that was nice could work on the customer service there though
