GameStop needs to do better as a whole. Yes I'm *That* Max. I haven't been with the company for about 5 years and I've been watching it go downhill since.This isn't a reflection on the workers in the store. Just GS as a whole.

Its a nicely laid out, clean GameStop. Staff is friendly and knows their stuff. Tyler helped me pick out an excellent game for my step son. I told Tyler, he likes puzzle games. My step son loves "Captain Toad Treasure Tracker". Thanks GameStop!

DO NOT BUY CONTROLLERS FROM HERE ! I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW CONTROLLER THAT HAPPEND TO BE DEFECTIVE ALSO A 15$ WARRANTY AND WHEN I TRIED TO USE THE WARRANTY THEY ONLY GIVE PRE OWNED CONTROLLERS THAT ARE 40$ FOR A CONTROLLER I PAID 70$ THE PLACE IS EVEN MORE A CHEAPSKATE THEN EVER SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO BEST BUY!

I went here to sell my used Xbox one console. Was going to keep the power cable and controllers because I bought a newer console with bigger storage and just didn't need the console portion itself any more.Came in with just the console and was told the amount it would be for trade in but that they needed a power cord and wireless controller so they could test it. Was surprised since they have so many accessories i thought they would have one their to test with. But fine, wnet gome and got a power cord and controller.This time was told I needed an hdmi cable too. Very annoying because he didn't say hdmi at first just power cord and controller to test it with. But fine I guess, whatever. I go home and get one.Came back with EVERYTHING ASKED FOR and this time he asked if I had the back to my controller. No, I don't, I left it at home because as far as I knew this was just to TEST the console. However, this time he informed me that all those components must be traded in with the console and sold with it. And that even with all those accessories it would still only be $35 in store credit or $25 cash.I went to this store THREE SEPARATE TIMES and was never fully explained the process so I showed up without everything necessary. NOT GOING BACK A 4TH TIME just for $35 when they are selling used consoles for over $100.Terrible customer service.

I’m visiting some friends in the area and wanted to get some games for the Switch for us to play while I’m here! This store was super awesome! Really clean and organized. They had a good selection of games and the employees were very nice and professional, but still fun to talk to. Shoutout to Tyler for being super nice and helpful!!! Game night is going to be a success!!

Was supposed to get my early release pre order of a new game and the were closed when the doors were supposed to stay open til 10. Tried to visit the store again today during business hours and the store still isn’t open an hour after it’s supposed to be open……I will no longer do business with GameStop even after buying all my games from this specific location for almost 3 years

The store itself was well-maintained. However the employee who wasWorking the evening shift was very disinterested and offering assistance to off myself and other customers to enter the store, and when I asked him specific questions, he literally gave me as little information as possible, and what I perceive to be a snarky and rude manner. I’ve been a member of GameStop for many years now remember and rarely do I have experiences like this most of the time employees are enthusiastic or happy to help engaging and knowledgeable, but this certainly was an exception, and I would not recommend dying. When is young man is on shift.

It says they open at 11 but these guys open whenever they feel like it the manager here is trash and so are all the employees
