Slipped on ice in front of store. Told guy working and he didn't apologize or ask if I was okay, he also didn't salt the ice

Not busy other then lunch time at the highschool. The workers here are nice and sweet. Not the best location or parking lots. The workers change a lot so don't expect to see the same person every time. The cameras are mainly for the highschoolers as they are freaks of nature who want to steal everything. But I like going here for a quick ?

Disappointing. Stay away from this Uhual location. I was only given 10 furniture pads (5 were still in unopened bag) but I was charged $20 for two missing pads because there was supposed to be a dozen. Stay away or count your pads before leaving. Shady business practice.

I love this place. Shopping here you know you're helping support a family. The owner also has some very interesting stories information if you're willing to talk. Also if you're a regular you know that the owner is always there.

I live across the street . I frequently go to this store. It's convenient. And the the replies are kind and considering. I support small business and so should everyone. This is a small business that has struggled to survive the covid pandemic. They are grateful for the customers who have kept them in business. And it shows

Every time I use my card here my information gets stolen and I have to get a new card. Seriously every time. The people that work there are very unfriendly. They've also lied to me so they could get a sale. I asked if the window washing fluid would freeze and they said no. Next thing I know my lines are frozen. I know its convenient for the neighborhood but don't go here.

I live across the street and the new owners are very friendly and really care about the store. The think the old reviews are a little harsh. They had to start new and the previous owners didn't have a fresh selection but they always have stuff that I'm looking for now!

New owner. Looks like he is adding a lot of variety. Hope he starts selling lottery tickets.

word on the street is that there really isn’t much of a selection and the prices have hiked up to what they normally were. I visited to see if it was true and the new dude just guesstimated the total witch was sketch. ?

We moved into BVV about three years ago. I was glad to have a convenience store across the street. It was under different management then. They had long hours (~6 AM - 7 PM, I think), but the selection was pretty poor. I'd walk over for coffee some mornings (!!) or beer some afternoons (:-]), but I didn't visit often because there wasn't much else I wanted.Fast forward, the place got bought out by a new owner. The hours got shorter, and they stopped selling beer. I was cool with all of that, because the new owner was super nice and I appreciated all of his efforts to improve the business and draw in customers. Back then, Mark stocked different things than what had been offered before and seemed open to suggestions.Fast forward more... over the past year or so the business has REALLY gone downhill. The Covid-19 outbreak was a real burden because kids from the local school are an important source of revenue and for a while students were attending remotely. Maybe that's why the inventory became less and less diverse. It may also be why, now, half the time I try to go over there during normal business hours the doors are locked.Thing is, Mark added a U-Haul business to the location AFTER the pandemic outbreak. Rumor is, that has been very lucrative. Rumor ALSO has it he got in some sort of legal trouble, which is why he can no longer sell lotto tickets or accept EBT.I don't know how much of that is true, but I'm sick of knowing that when I go over there it'll be a flip of the coin whether it's actually open or not. I'd honestly rather have a 7-Eleven or other reliable convenience store. It's a great spot for a business like that, and right now they're just taking up space.

Gas pumps aren’t workingThanks for nothingEDIT: if your pumps are temporarily not working—consider placing a sign on the pumps like other gas stations do.This would save people the inconvenience of having to pull in, try to use the pump, barely be able to read the faint text on the screen, having to get your sleeping baby out of their car seat, and go inside to just have the clerk say “oh yeah our pumps aren’t working”.I suggest getting some signs instead of being cheap and inconveniencing any other peopleThanks
