Sign says “Open”. Came within hours of operation. I came at 1:30pm. But the door is locked? lol. Maybe turn the sign off? Change your hours idk? I can understand if it was only one person working and they went to the bathroom or lunch but still put a sign on the door stating that. And turn the big bright “open” sign OFF. Judging on past reviews it seems this is an ongoing problem. Sad. Nutrition 303 is where it’s at anyway. 🤷♂️

Went here like 2 months back, fantastic service had the guy working at the time walk me around the store and make sure there were no grey areas in what I was purchasing. On Monday December 16th, I went at around 1:30pm, lights were on, open sign was lit, doors were locked. Thought no big deal, small store probably 1 employee out to lunch, so I left to go take care of some things and came back at around 6:30pm the store closes at 8. Went in, all lights on open sign lit, door was unlocked, me and another patron were both told to leave because the store was closed guy at the counter seemed to just be hanging out, but damn at least lock the door and turn off the sign. Or maybe change your operating hours if you can't be open till even 7pm

Door was locked at 3:30. Is this place ever open? I watched several individuals walk up and try in a 10 minute span. Then I gave up also.

Literally every time I try to come here there’s always something the first time I tried to come here whoever was opening the store opened extremely late and I get it. I have had to deal with that myself hence why the reason I didn’t say anything but the past couple of times I’ve tried to come it says open and I walk up to the door and it’s locked and nobody’s inside, just kind of sick of wasting my time with this place Honestly

Store was super disorganized when I was there. A bunch of product was in the wrong place and you had to stumble around half put away boxes. For a struggling company. It's not hard to see why nobody wants to go back. Looked like no one had faced the shelves in a long time. 2 employees just sitting the counter doing nothing.

May be a nice store who knows no one is ever there to open the doors. Change your hours on your website and door if you’re not really open at 10 am.
