When I joined this bank with Susie everything was quick and easy.The online transfers worked super well too.Now that they have sold out to First Interstate Bank I am completely unable to log into my account, online or through the app!My financial security HIGHLY depends on me being able to transfer between banks. Now it's almost impossible... I may end up banking else where. Solely based on the online log in issues.I've also never banked somewhere that charges you to bank with them.

Been a long time member for eight plus years at this Bank never had any issues with cashing my checks came today the girl here at the Union station office the older lady refused to cash my check telling me she wanted to put a 7-Day hold on it never had this experience horrible experience felt like she was being racially bias. I've been coming here for 8 years when Susie was here it was great never had any issues now all the sudden I can't cash my checks without a 7-Day hold and it was told to me in a very disrespectful manner talked down on I am closing my account today and I am moving to another bank I hope somebody and corporate sees this and knows what this office is turning into . Will close account and change banks. We will miss you Susie great banker. Older lady now very bias and non-PROFEssianal

Great bank and personnel. Been a customer for many years. The Wazee branch in Lodo has very efficient, friendly tellers. A personable bank that has helped me run my small business efficiently. An online user friendly website, the mobile interface is self explanatory. Customer service number very helpful. Just wish they had not cut back on Saturday hours.

Fast and friendly service, even during Covid. They take the precuations seriously, but I was also able to get my accounts set up without issue.

Rude rediculous people I was over drafted 2 times for the same transaction and when I stood my ground and called them out on the 66, when it was supposed to be 33 late charge the woman got an attitude with me. And they say you have 24 hrs to correct an overdraft but you only have until the end of their business day at 5pm and sometimes they lock the doors at 4:45pm so I uber ed to the bank for no reason! I even tried to put the money in the atm to deposit But because the bank takes 24hrs to process that I was still overdrafted When I work until 445 how am I supposed to correct it? And if I get the money deposited in the atm why am I being punished for great westerns delay on processing? Terrible bussnesses. Wells Fargo may charge 13 per months for having an account but at least they give you more than the end of their bussnesses day to correct an overdraft, they go by percentage and by how long you have been over drafted. Thats more fair, being the fact that banks take time to process numbers, because it's all by computer. that should land on the bank not the customer.
