Guys inside are knowledgeable on damn near everything they sell and more! Always know just what my plants need! If you have any specific questions bring a picture of the plant and they have a pretty good knowledge of how to help find a solution!

OMG how these people are soooooo nice and helpful. They didn't have exactly what I needed (this one time, normally they do) and only had a part of what I needed. so I got part of what I needed and while one employee is checking me out another is calling the closest grow store (totally different company) to see if they had what I needed. The other grow store company did, GroWize told me and gave me the address. Will alway go to GroWize over anywhere else so beyond helpful.

I have been here three or four times now. The first time was pleasant, the second time the younger female working was sort of rude. Then the past two times the same older gentleman has been extremely demeaning and magically out of very common items. I will be driving across town for my supplies to receive appropriate and consistent customer service.
