Went in for a day, really solid spot! Had everything I needed, and was pretty affordable, definitely gonna go back one day

Had a good chuckle after reading some of the reviews! I enjoy coming to this gym, the staff is cool & they handle their business. The equipment is well kept.

Been a member now month or two, and go almost everyday. They are one of my favorite gyms i have been a member of. Dave runs a tight ship over off Wadsworth and will highly reccomend for those looking for a steady gym, with all the equipment they need, and knowledgable/kind folks here. Nothing but quality here.
We are the opposite of the big box gyms. No extra fees, you're in control of when your membership starts and stops. Monthly rates as well as day passes.
Offering small group (guided) workouts with each participant following an individualized workout as well as 24/7/365 open gym access for those studs who just want to workout on your own!
