I would give it a minus 5 stars if I could. Worst experience ever! Guy showed up to do my taxes looking and smelling like he came straight off the street. Then someone stole my identity and filed my return in my name. When I went back to their office the woman joked about my situation and in the next cubicle a woman was dealing with identity theft also. DO NOT GO HERE! Fair warning ⚠️ Its been 4 months and I still haven't received my tax return and they offer new customers a $100.00 bonus for doing taxes with them and I never received that either.

I honestly wouldn’t give them any stars but in order for me to write my complaint I have to star it. I started filing back in December for their promotion on pre-approved taxes. I got both my pre-approved deposits in both December and January. I finally finished filing my taxes once I got my W-2. Everything seemed great up until everyone else who filed after me got their taxes before me. The guy named Darrion Johnson who was my tax advisor left for a month and didn’t have a clue on to what was going on with my taxes. The IRS website kept saying nothing up until a month ago when they finally acknowledged my taxes. I thought I was good until I still haven’t received my money. I then got on the phone with Jose who was very rude and said I had already received my money back in January; which he was wrong because that was the pre-approved payment; I was trying to explain my situation and he kept interrupting me he then told me I wasn’t getting anything back in taxes. I got frustrated and called Darrion he did help me get into the ID me on the IRS website and helped break down the codes. I’ve asked for his managers number in which he said he wasn’t sure if he could give that out, he did say she was going to call me and I have yet to hear from her; understandable; it is now about to be April, I still really don’t have any answers as to why or what. I had to call Darrion again just to tell him I’ll be going to the IRS and giving names and which he gave finally gave me her number. Awilda Gonzales is the branch manager who I left a voicemail for. Darrion then messaged me and told me to figure it out myself which is very unprofessional. In all my years of having taxes filed, I have NEVER gone through this experience. In fact I have gotten way more back in taxes from other places then I have going through a name brand tax service. I am VERY UPSET that I have to go through this as I am a single mother who works hard for every penny and even more frustrated that I’m going to this extent to write a complaint; this long at that. Not sure what I’m going to gain from this complaint but I will never be coming back nor will I ever recommend these people to anyone! I hope corporate sees this and holds these three people accountable for their very unprofessional behavior.
