I had a more complicated tax return, that included 401k rollover's, RSU's, ESPP, bought a house, filing jointly together for the first time. It was a lot and the original tax preparer wanted to get her work checked which took an extra week BUT we ended up getting a refund! to our surprise.We are happy with the experience, will go back.

After almost three hours they should have paid us. We were charged $212 for the service. We had to go back to sign the documents. Very frustrating.

We had such a great experience at Jackson Hewitt. Our tax preparer, Nate Wright was wonderful! He explained things in an easy to understand way, and taught me what I can do to get a better return next year. I am so grateful for his help. The location was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this location.

So sad I have used Jackson Hewitt FOR years. One year I went in and they told me an item was not taxable income. Fast forward to 2022 the its came back and said that it was taxable and that I owe them 11k took my whole taxes. I've been calling for weeks trying to get ahold of the manager and district manager and not once have they called me back. Talked to someone today and they said they don't have to help because i didn't pay for the guarentee. So i should have ti pay 50$ because they told me the wrong info

This location was amazing! It smelled wonderful and was so clean. The preparers greeted me and walked right up to see if they could help. The whole staff was chatting with me and I almost forgot I was getting my taxes done! They know their stuff and answered every question I had with ease! Thanks again Jessica and Nathan!.. and I'll be back next year!

It was absolutely horrible I had a 3:00 appointment and finally got someone at quarter after 4:00 which is ridiculous why give out appointments when you can't keep them. Also I asked for a discount for waiting an hour and 15 minutes they took $50 off but neglect to inform me of all the hidden fees which I think is a bunch of bull I will never ever ever go through Jackson Hewitt again. The worst part was try to do it online with Jackson Hewitt and they would never ever send me a code that I needed to complete it and forced me to go into the office and pay $285 instead of $50 online which I think is a scam and a ripoff

The lady who did our return for us was very nice and professional. Really liked getting a 30% senior discount on the cost! Hope that happens again next year.
