I bought a prepaid package only to find out it isn’t for synthetic oil. Instead of crediting me for what I paid they told me I had to pay full price for the oil change and contact headquarters and talk them about a “possible” refund. Then I looked online for the price. It showed 66.99. They charged me $89. I’ll never go back!

The AGM was very accommodating (Adrian). Just came in for an oil change towards the end of the day, they were happy to complete the service. The service was fast and friendly, I will be back.
