Bought my daughter light up shoes thought it was a good brand skechers but 1 shoe quit lighting up after a week of wearing asked to have defective shoes replaced and was refused because they were worn. How else would we have found out the shoes were defective unless my daughter wore them of course she did they were brand new. Anyhow they should stand behind the product they sell especially when its for children.

Don't not go to this Journey's Kidz. The worst costume service I've ever experienced. I went in there and all of the workers were standing in a group and one asked "Hi, how are you?" and when I looked up I had no idea which one said it so I went back to looking and one of them yelled (literally raised her voice with me standing right there) "I SAID HOW ARE YOU." I looked up in shock still with no idea which one said it and said good, thank you and walked away. When my family and I walked out my sister said wow the person who helped me was so rude. Which was another worker. I called and complained and the manager didn't apologize but just said "okay I will talk to them." We were about to buy three pair of uggs but said never mind because of how rude everyone was. Do yourself a favor and don't let them ruin your shopping day too.
