While it doesn’t fall on the customer service aspect, my husband got me a chain link bracelet from here as a wedding gift. Doing normal, very light day to day activities, it must have broken and fell off, just days after our wedding. Just a sad waste of money. My husband has always had good people experiences, but the quality was quite apparently lacking. Now we’re out money and my wedding gift.

Came by real quick because I needed my chain lock fixed for an evening dinner, had a kind dude named Russell (Sorry if that's not how you spell it) and he was able to get everything sorted quickly and easily. Helped me out alot and made by day better, very satisfied with my visit?.

I think that this Kay Jewelry place in the Colorado Mills mall is fantastic! We had a guy salesman that helped me with my husband’s wedding ring from start to finish. He was honest, and told me everything I needed to know about what I was buying. He had been so nice, and respectful, understanding, and understood what I could afford. Then when it came time to exchange my husband’s ring for a different size because his was not the right fit, he made it easy, and no hassle at all. He delivered exactly what he said. He is the guy with a man bun or ponytail with glasses. Super nice. Sorry I didn’t catch his name or if he said it I am bad at remembering, but go see him, or anyone at the store. It is unfortunate for the Flatirons mall location the manager at that store was rude to me from the start passing judgment right away, and gave only one option when taking the ring back which would of left me out some money for three weeks. I did buy the ring from Colorado Mills anyway should have just stayed with them but was on that side of town. Now they have my husband and I for our future jewelry needs. Thanks ?

Brought my watch in with a broken pin. I did not purchase the watch here, but they fixed in anyway for FREE. Excellent service, was helped almost immediately. Would highly reccomend.

I just had a great experience here at the Kay Jewelers Outlet here in Colorado Mills Outlet Mall. Thadius was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I came in to have repairs done on 2 pieces, and informed me that one of the pieces was protected under a lifetime warranty! That blew me away because I wasn't expecting that! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful, and I e been had the pleasure of meeting the district manager, and I did purchase the "Unstoppable Love " pendant. I recommend this store for great service and true professionalism!

Zach Arnold is amazing and has the patience of a saint! I had a hard time deciding between a few pieces, but Zach handled my multiple visits and phone calls with grace. I ended up with a beautiful emerald Levian ring and Kay necklace that paired lovely together, and at a great deal! If your purchase goes on sale within 30 days, you can get the sale price. It pays to visit Kay!
