the fact the store replies to bad reviews of their grocery store but not of their pharmacy proves that they are fully aware of how terrible they truly are at GIVING PEOPLE THEIR MEDICINE. maybe fire the pharmacist who couldn’t be bothered to do her job

Terrible pharmacist, doesn’t know basic ingredients and don’t expect anyone to come help you find anything. They literally know nothing and do nothing here. Can’t wait for robots to take over counting pills for people if the humans are useless and have no info and give no help.

Very unhelpful staff especially from a pharmacist name Mary who gives off a cool demeanor as she does not try to help customers and no one would contact my doctor about the prescription or tell me how to get my medicine unless it was two weeks later. Claimed to be closed when they weren’t and would not talk to my doctor. I find it very unprofessional when they cannot help me or offer any other alternatives other than I’m sorry wish we could help.

It took me a WEEK to get my prescription transferred to this pharmacy because the woman on the phone was too lazy to initiate the transfer process. I started my Rx transfer through the app and never got progress, when I called, the woman told me that they were having a hard time getting a hold of my old pharmacy and that I would have to get my doctor to resubmit my Rx. I called the doctor and they told me it was the pharmacy's responsibility to transfer the Rx. I also called my old pharmacy who answered the phone IMMEDIATELY and told me they had been by the phone all day and hadn't gotten a call or any other form of Rx transfer request. Luckily the woman there was kind enough to push the Rx through on her end even though she wasn't supposed to. I went a week without my medication because the King Supers pharmacy was too lazy to do their job.

I've been going to this pharmacy for the last 4 years and they've consistently been slow on refills and from time to time they refill the wrong medication. I'm over it I won't be back.

Need a bench inside the store for the elderly to rest. Now we have to unload our carts rather than the checkers. People with disabilities like me find it difficult.

Store location is 1545 S Kipling PkwyLakewood, CO 80232 The Deli manager refuses to sliced meat the way I asked for, he argued with me and so we had to get the store manager to help me. This will be the last time I come to King Soopers!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to—they do not care about patients with urgent medical needs. They also lie to doctors that they can fill a prescription in one day and then text the patient later requiring that the patient confirm they want the medicine and tell them that it will actually take almost a week to fill it. Never go to this pharmacy.

The most incompetent group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only do they not know how insurance works and patient rights but they are rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

This review is SPECIFCALLY for David in the Deli department. He is so sweet and always willing to help. Every time I go in he's either clearly excited to help everyone or cleaning. Fantastic job.

The actual pharmacists here, as always, are great. Just hope that you don’t get Mary at the register checking you out. They incorrectly entered my insurance information, and were having trouble with billing as a result. Mary was very impatient and irritated with me when I ask them to double check, rather than paying a huge bill unnecessarily. A pharmacist came over and was able to straighten everything out, but not before Mary became irritated and rude.

There is some really awesome employees there. But there is also some really horrible ones. It is easy getting what you need when the good staff is in.
