Deli today seemed short-staffed maybe? Typically you expect there to be a selection of sandwiches and pre-made little meals to pick up for your lunch but there was nothing really today except fried Chicken.

There is a lady in customer service that wears glasses and she attacked me because I complained about not being able to find something in the store. She actually followed me and yelled at me in front of other customers. Horrible person, horrible awfulPerson!

I’ve shopped here for years. One of my favorite things is the fresh chicken tenders from the deli. Today I was told by some young lady working in the deli that I could not buy the chicken that she was putting in the display case because they were not open for 30 more minutes, it was 10:30am. I asked a couple of store employees that I have come to know, when did the deli get different hours, of course they don’t, I just think the young lady did not want to bother helping me. Someone needs to tell her that it’s the sale of food that pays here salary. Ugh. So frustrating.

This store has gone downhill. I entered and looked for a basket to carry my groceries. I was told that the hand baskets had been eliminated due to theft. I had to juggle my groceries in my arms and wound up buying about half of what I needed. Then I went to another store.

A loved one, who is home bound, sent a refill on a prescription 6 days early. This is a medication that must be taken daily or it means an emergency room visit. He received a message saying that an approval was needed. He tried to call from Wednesday to Friday (the day it was due) and waited on hold for over three hours total. They never answered. There was no approval required. I called the doctor who tried to call the pharmacy with the same result of being put on eternal hold. When I personally went there I was met with nothing but smug indifference. They explained that they only had one pharmacy aide so they weren't answering the phone. They would do nothing about the approval because that was what their insurance department said. Their reaction to him probably ending up in emergency was a blank stare. In addition, I had a simple prescription take over 2 weeks to fill because they failed to order it twice. Their drive through has been closed for weeks so that anyone who is ill or contagious must come inside to pick up a prescription. NEVER USE WALGREENS PHARMACY!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN! I also am going to make sure when I see people stealing your products, I will no longer notify you, in fact I ENCOURAGE people to never pay for anything here! The quicker they go out of business' the better!Normally, I do not wish for people to lose jobs, but I am sorry, NONE of the people deserve the luxury of having a job anywhere, let alone in customer service industry!

Large man blocking the entry door frominside was not letting customers in 10 minutes to closing on 9/11/23 “because his manager said so”. He brought out a youngish lady, dark hair in a bun with glasses who, while clearly frustrated, changed her mind that they were actually still open and “allowed” my husband (and 3 other individuals who were there before us and had asked to come in, but the large man shook his head no) to come into her store for FOOD.Most humans get that working in customer service industry sucks and try to do better, but if you are using your largest male employee to deter last minute shoppers, just tell your management you won’t work extra time. We’re just people trying to buy food, not personally victimize you by coming in later than you wished (before closing). This is often the last option open for a family to cook a meal.God forbid families need to come in for a forgotten ingredient when Gilbert’s manager tells him to not let people in. Gilbert was the young larger man standing behind the door that didn’t open from either side, as in it clearly didn’t open as customers still inside tried to exit the store. Hence the large man able to stand on the other side to deter late shoppers. Watched multiple customers become stuck behind angry manager lady, as she yelled out the doors at exiting customers to “be safe”, whilst they carted around her because the auto doors had been turned off. Some supposed manager breaking fire and accessibility code just because she wants a quick Monday closing shift.

Good store. Easy to find everything. No kombucha part of why I visited. Overall clean, easy check out, helpful staff.

Typical King Soopers that now features security guards, and an anti-shop lifting gate by the front entrance. I usually stop by the deli/hot foods section to see if there is anything good but everything looked old, dried out, and unappetizing. it does have a large produce section and every other department had all of their shelves stocked full. Check out was fast but the cashier was just there to perform the actions of her job and not very friendly. When in a pinch and im in this area again, I guess Itll do.

Clearly the 5 star ratings are from the employees. I live right across the street from here, and today was the LAST STRAW. I refuse to waste any more time or hard earned money at this disaster of a location. Don't come here if you plan of getting anything fresh. The deli is an absolute joke someones either never there or they give you such attitude when you order anything. The meat and seafood department ALWAYS has a foul odor, and the staff seems really unhappy and mad. I am a caretaker for a client in Sloans lake so I am constantly at the Sheridan and 20th King Soopers and it's a luxury shopping there compared to Jewel and Wadsworth. Has so much potential but seems like NOBODY CARES THERE. One word, EMBARRASSING.
