Total garbage pharmacy. Two prescription scheduled for 5pm pickup per their website. At 5pm I get a text as I'm getting in my car that they're out of stock and pickup is now three days later. You can't rely on these folks for your health. Changing my prescriptions over to Walgreens now.

This King grocery is a challenge at times. Poor stock, especially in the produce aisle, is common. The aisles are blocked with very large carts full of empty boxes.

The Asian guy that runs self check out is always rude every visit and a self-absorbed jerk . Things happen to get old after awhile . If you don’t like your job move on seriously . At least have some soft skills . Another thing the store is always out of things on a regular basis .

For those who are looking to work for kings. Don't. And don't apply for the cc position. Horrible front end management. Unrealistic expectations. And don't bother doing availability. They will ignore it.

This lovely man is a complete prick. Trying to get groceries for the day and this jerk decides to start singing " I think the circus is here" definitely not a song I've ever heard and me and my fiancé were the only ones around. Nice to know what workers think of us. Definitely think patricks starting to get senile. Might wanna hire a new stock person.

I never give single star reviews, but this time it's deserved. This store is always FILTHY. Seriously, its disgusting. Common produce items are wilted, rotting, or out of stock completely. One of their dairy coolers was at 48° (I noticed the temp gauge when the item I grabbed felt kind of warm!) The employees are rude, dismissive, annoyed with customers, and obviously overworked. Their priority is clearly pick-up orders and delivery as people with huge cards fulfilling orders are blocking up every other aisle.Only two checkout lanes are open for large orders, and the self-checkout area is always a cluster. At these prices we shouldn't be working for them checking groceries anyway. Hire sufficient employee coverage for your stores, Kroger.Go to Kipling and Jewell. A much nicer experience despite me living three blocks from the GM location.

Can't find what your looking for? In-store directories outdated? Online product finder unhelpful? That's a good thing!Customer spending increases with time spent wandering. More opportunity for Impulse Buys!Sure it's inconvenient that milk is the maximum distance from the entrance, but why not grab a case of Coors on your way to checkout?Corporate contempt for consumers is at an all time high. Welcome to the Kroger monopoly. It's here to stay. :)

From the Customer Service desk to the Grocery aisles to the Pharmacy this King Soopers is just awesome!I've never had to miss a prescription despite insurance snarls or my own absent-mindedness. The pharmacy staff has gone out of their way to make sure that I get all the discounts I can.The staff was awesome during the height of the pandemic. I love this place!

A very different stroll through this location today. They closed off a large portion of the store, couldn't sell items due to a power outage. Not able to get breakfast ingredients. Left empty handed.

Prime time shopping on a weekdays and you have 2 checkout stands open? Self checkout is not an actual checkout, hire enough people to staff the registers. You seriously need to get rid of the multiple self checkouts, I don't work for you guys, especially not at the prices you're charging. There should be 1 singular set of self checkout for people with 10 items or less.
