Todd was amazing, this entire experience was so smooth and so simple. I’ve been dealing with a few different dealerships over the past month before I came here and it all was a headache. I tried this dealership, the whole process was super quick. They got me an approval as a first time buyer in 20 minutes, I was able to fly in and pick up my car the next day. They have great reviews for a reason, please don’t hesitate to come here first!!!

Tyler was the BEST. I walked in without an appointment and he immediately hopped up eager to help me and stayed with me all along the way, throughout the entire process. He wasn’t pushing or over bearing. I truly felt that he had my best interest at heart. Paul the finance manager was also incredible and really made me feel good about my purchase!If I could I would come back every month! 10/10 service

I got my ID.4 here and it was a great experience. We negotiated price over the phone I came in and signed the paperwork. They offered extras but weren’t pushy when I declined them all.Edit: I took delivery at night and found out my brand new car was damaged the next morning. They said it was my fault, then stopped taking my calls. They asked for the positive review before I even got in my new car.Edit 2: The dealership called back and said they would take responsibility for the damage at the surrender of the lease.

The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. I actually didn't realize that my car maintenance package was still active, but they looked it up without being asked and found that it was active and everything was covered! Additionally, they showed me the information so I could have an understanding of my coverage. They even went above and beyond by providing me with the contact information so I could pursue a name change with the servicer. Overall, everyone was very friendly and exceedingly helpful which lead to a wonderful experience.

Shoutout to Alec for making my first time car purchase seamlessly perfect! After visiting multiple dealerships in the area and struggling to find the perfect car/price, the day I met Alec was the day my car dreams came true. 10/10 would recommenced! He is extremely educated, responsive, and genuine; he looked out for my best interest throughout the whole buying process. Paul , the finance manger, was also a huge help! I will be referring all my friends and family to the Larry H Miller dealership next time they are in the market to find a new car. Thank you Alec and Paul, you two are the best!!!

Met with David Lax and test drove an ID4. David knew what he was talking about, provided me the information I needed to make a good decision and most of all wasn't a pushy sales person. Which is great for me because I might want to buy something, but I don't want someone to try to SELL it to me. David followed up and was helpful through the entire process.

So helpful and easy! In the past, I always left service appointments feeling brushed off and like I was wasting a technicians time. I worked directly with Dana once my appointment was scheduled and it was fantastic. He communicated beforehand about the turnaround time for my vehicle and took the time to explain everything in detail once I picked my car back up. Can't recommend this place enough!

Truly terrible buying experience.Things were going fine until we had finished signing all the paperwork on Tuesday night. We were notified that we wouldn’t be able to pick up the car that day because they had trouble getting the protective film residue off of the car. The car wasn’t ready for pickup until Friday morning. When I went to pick up the car, I noticed lots of scratch marks from trying to remove the adhesive. It’s very clear that no one with detailing experience handled the car at all, since they made a mess of the paint trying to get the protective film off. The salesman pretended not to even see any of the scratches until I made him look closely at it, they wouldn’t offer to repair any of it, and I didn’t have time to keep waiting on the car (and the dealer knew this and took advantage of it), so now I have a brand new car with some awful scuff marks that will need a few hundred dollars worth of paint correction done.

I am only rating the service side of this dealership. And I am rating it one star due to every time I bring my car in, I get it back in worse condition. I simply went for an oil change, now I’m missing one of the clips for my air filter, and my coolant fluid is gushing everywhere.A few months ago when I came here for an oil change, they spilled oil all on the inside of my engine compartment, and my car smelled like a mechanic shop for four months. This is the only Volkswagen dealer that tries to screw me on the DEF that is supposed to be free, and each time they try to nickel and dime me and charge me for it, only to figure out that I am correct and it should be free. The best part is they tried to charge me over $80 for the fluid, went in an emergency at the auto parts store. It is no more than $15. What a joke these guys areSave yourself the hassle And don’t go to the dealer, the service department is a sales department, and all they want is to charge you for a bunch of random stuff. You do not need. There is an excellent German mechanic right in Golden off of sixth Avenue called Anderson and they are a fraction of the price that Larry Miller Volkswagen is

The service technicians addressed all of my concerns as well as repaired some recall issues on my Atlas. They also completed a 60,000 mile check-up. My car was in at 8AM and out at 3PM. Very thorough...Great group of people to work with.

The service department at this VW dealership is absolutely amazing! I need a new part for my beetle and it’s going to take awhile to get in stock, but they are doing everything they can to get the part in stock and loaning me a car until my part comes in. I’ve mainly worked with Sal, and he’s been so accommodating, helpful and keeps me up to date with all the changes. I’ve also worked with the man who looks like skinny Santa and he’s been delightful as well! I highly recommend it here because they make me feel prioritized and will always come back for any future maintenance!

Todd was so wonderful to work with. He really listened to my preferences and even better, was able to interpret what I actually was asking for which is a rare gift. He really cared about taking the time to talk me through the process and was more concerned with taking care of me than making a quick sale. He gave me several scenarios and real life examples that proved he really knew what he was talking about. He is clearly experienced and has great integrity. And he made sure to stay until the deal was closed to ensure that there were no loose ends or that I didn’t have any other questions. I will definitely buy my next car through Todd.

Service center gets 1 star. Sales is good, 4 stars to them. Tyler was a pleasant sales person to work with as well as the manager, Alex when I bought my used car.Later I called the service center to confirm that I could schedule a visit to both change my oil and program a key replacement. If it was just oil I would have scheduled online. The technician assured me that he had scheduled me for both, I wrote down the date and time we agreed on.I showed up at the agreed time, they said “we don’t have any record of you scheduling anything, you can wait here but it will take a few hours before we can start.” So I had to reschedule for a different time. Waste of an hour and a half driving to and from in the middle of my work day.I came back for the rescheduled time, they finished my oil change, I went home. A few days later I notice a PUDDLE OF OIL under my car. I returned it to the dealership, they said “oops looks like someone didn’t tighten something.” Now I have a huge oil stain in my driveway, and was driving around leaking oil all over town. Thanks for that. How hard is it to make sure everything is tight after a routine oil change?

Took my car in for factory-recommended maintenance. It was quick and painless. Communication was prompt and I was able to track the progress of my service throughout the day. No complaints. The dealership is currently under construction so you may need to drive around a little bit, but there are signs directing people where to go. Dana was friendly and quick to send me a text when the car was ready for pickup.
