Had a positive experience ordering my favorite slate 502 pants. One associate checked the label on my own and applied a good discount. The young woman who assisted me was cool. Cute, too. Would come back if Colorado Mills was closer. I absolutely love these pants for work and for casual use. She made my day and has a great smile.I didn’t get her name, but she’s the one with the brown boots and the long red-ish, brunette hair.

Me and my husband came into the store tonight to exchange a pair of pants that he bought at the castle rock outlets. When we walked in the inform the cashier we wanted to exchange his pants for a bigger size, the associate immediately accused us of washing the pants and trying to bring in pants from a different store like J.C. Penney. He said he would not be able to exchange the pants because he could not sell them back and that the policy was with no tags or receipt we could not exchange.When I informed him that he was incorrect and that the policy is to do an even exchange, he then honored the exchange which is all we wanted to begin with. I found this to be very rude and offensive considering he was giving us wrong information and not wanting to help us.
