First time ordering from Lily Flower and last. My mother was in the hospital after major surgery, I live 1000 miles away and just wanted her to know I was thinking of her. The order process was easy via website, flowers were delivered within a few hours. Issue came in when my Mom was discharged unexpectedly. She had not got the flowers yet, again not a huge deal it happens. My mom went back to the hospital to see if they just hadn't made it her flower to be told they didn't have them. I contact the florist who sends me pictures showing they were delivered hours before she was discharged from the hospital. She sent me more pictures to prove her point that they were delivered and yes they were but to the WRONG person. One of the pictures that was sent to me had the patient in the background. I think this a is HUGE HIPPA violation. Needless to say out $95.00 for an order my mother didn't receive and all the lady kept saying was "it's not our fault". Look for another option if your having delivered to a hospital.

Ordered flowers from Lily Flowers online for a friend who lives in Lakewood, CO. I'm all the way on the east coast in South Carolina and chose Lily based on their flower arrangement and next day delivery service. They exceeded my expectations! Beautiful, fresh and delivered on time! Hand written note, which made it so much more personal than printed. Thank you Lily!

Second time using and felt they didn’t do as well this time around. Ordering and delivery were great. Received a photo when they were delivered. What was upsetting was that a card with a personal message had an error. The person that wrote it simply scribbled it out instead of using a new blank card. Not a good thing for a special occasion. Doubt the cards are that expensive compared to the roses.

If I could give them a zero, I would! Better to learn a few basics online and do it yourself! So much to complain about here…PEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! I ordered a fabulous looking basic red rose and carnations compilation for my father’s funeral except I upgraded it to the premium version. Not only were they not ready an hour before the funeral, but it looked like some thing a five-year-old put together! They didn’t use very many single roses, but they used multi branched smaller roses so it’s much much smaller than the overflowing “basic” picture! The designer did not realize it was the premium that I ordered until I started complaining, they argued with me about everything and I felt like I was on purpose getting ripped off plus it was the wrong vase.The real joke was when they showed up with a different arrangement someone else sent hours after the event!

Will not be ordering from again. Accepted same day delivery order for administrative professionals day. Did not reach out with any problems and did not deliver. Took more than 24 hours and no longer the holiday for anyone to let me know there was a problem. Not a positive customer service experience, and bad eCommerce demand planning and process management.

I went to Lily Flowers shop after going to their website online. I seen a cross wreath that their website had and the employee at the store said they are not aware of the third party services that their website uses which is Teleflora. Lily Flowers wanted to charge double than their website prices because the employee said their website prices have not been updated for 5 years. Ridiculous, the business obviously is not familiar with their online website . I will never go back to this business again.

Ordered online from out of state for a special girl, she loved the bouquet, said it was huge and smells fantastic. Left by the door, sent pictures to her and me saying they had been delivered. Will definitely use as my go to if always this great. Do you take special requests if we call, for certain flowers in a bouquet?

Do not come here for Valentine’s Day, they will rip you off. They did not honor posted pricing on their walls, told me it “was old pricing”. No, you’re trying to mark your flowers up for Valentine’s Day. They charged me $50 for this arrangement, literally 2 roses and 2 lilies. I should have walked out but felt bad after they put it together. Not worth the money, I could have done better at Sprouts.

Very upset at the flowers I ordered for my dad. I ordered a $100.00 bouquet and only got mums and a few star gazer flowers. If ordering from this shop be specific because obviously the designer has no clue on how to design nice arrangements and needs a picture to copy from. Sham sham.

Wow! Incredibly impressive! I ordered flowers for my mom who would soon be coming out of a surgery, not wanting to go anywhere risking being gone if the doctors needed me. The flowers were delivered same day within one hour!! On top of that, the florist was able to customize to colors I had requested. They are beautiful and she is going to love them! Shop small, everyone and use Lily Flowers if you’re in the southwest part of Denver! Thank you so much!!
