Rick is a miracle worker! I had a huge water spill completely ruin my MacBook! I called the next morning and he got me in immediately and was able to fix my computer, good as new! Rick was kind, efficient, knowledgeable and able to save my laptop the same day, quickly, and for a great price! Will be returning if needed and recommending to friends and family! Thanks, Rick!

I had an old Mac with a non functioning keyboard. Not only that. I also had forgotten my password to get in to the computer since it was one I hadn’t used in years.
He ended up swapping out the hard drive since my old one wasn’t compatible with recent updates.
Rick was so helpful. Not only did he help me get my computer working, he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a working computer that I could log into. And was patient with me while I went through old files that didn’t move over due to data corruption. I’m so glad I found him!

I had a fantastic experience with Mark at his Macintosh Computer Itech company. When my 2017 MacBook Pro had water damage and became unusable, Mark was able to help me right away. He carefully reviewed the damage, explained what repairs were needed, and the cost was significantly less than going through Apple. Mark was timely, personable, and made the whole process smooth. It’s great knowing he’s right down the street and so reliable. If you have any issues with your Macintosh products, make Mark your first call. Send him a text, or call, explain what’s going on, and he’ll get back to you promptly!

Rick was such a pleasure. I had called him with a specific problem, to which he said was probably unfixable. He told me to come in anyways. He spent about an hour and a half working through every possible way to remedy it. Turns out he was right from the beginning but was happy to give it a shot anyways.
You really don’t get this kind of customer service anymore, and while he worked on my machine we chatted and he managed my expectations. He ended up not charging me, because he couldn’t fix an unfixable problem.
Also, his office is like a Mac museum, with machines from 1984 on. He also sells prints of his beautiful photography.
Thanks Rick! I’ll be bringing my computers to you from now on.

My husband found Rick because of a spam problem. I was having trouble with 2 of my MacBook Pro laptops. Took them to Rick. Easy to set up appointment. Both needed new batteries which he ordered and installed. A very fast turn around for a fair price.
I think had trouble with the screen on another Macbook Pro. He put in a new screen and that computer is now working perfectly.
Then something happened to one of the MacBook Pros with the new battery, so back to Rick for the 3rd time. He found water damage and replaced the case and some other things. I am now using the computer that I just picked up. It's working perfectly.
He is fast, fair, easy to deal with and I can't tell you how thankful i was to not have to deal with Apple or a big company. It's all Rick and he is excellent!

I can't recommend this computer repair shop enough! After a frustrating experience at the Apple Store, I turned to them for help with my laptop, which needed a logic board repair, backlight chip replacement, new display, and a new battery.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional, making me feel confident that my computer was in good hands. They provided a thorough diagnosis and explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what needed to be done.
The turnaround time was impressive, and the price was incredibly fair compared to the outrageous quotes I received elsewhere (apple). When I picked up my laptop, it felt brand new! The display is vibrant, the backlight works perfectly, and the new battery has given my computer a much-needed boost.
