0 stars. Shane rush, the general manager, is awful. No empathy or regard for customers. Sold me a tv that was broken before I took the bubble wrap off. No return policy from Shane, it was his decision, a corporate company with no return policy because the GM makes the decisions.He would not accept the tv back under any circumstances. No accommodations, he was rude and condescending. His loader lied about the facts. He is horrible. He took zero accountability for his or his teams actions, and left me out to dry. $1000 I spent, returned the tv within the hour, he sent me home packing with a broken tv. Do not shop here and trust no one that works here.

I walked in to Best Buy at Denver West to purchase a phone advertised on their website as in stock for a certain price, and WAITED 3 HOURS for them to try and figure out how to ring it up and set it up. My biggest complaint was the MANAGER 'MARX', who instead of making things better made them MUCH WORSE. His associates were trying their best to help me (Jacob being one of them), but he literally discouraged them at every point from figuring out how to help me purchase the phone. He was very snide, short, and rude. I ended up having to purchase the phone myself on their website while he stood there telling his associates that it's not available for the advertised price... then... he refused to let me pick it up at the customer service desk once it was ready!!! Finally another nice young associate walked over and handed it to me after seeing how upset I was. Recommendation to upper management: DEMOTE MARX, he doesn't belong interacting with customers! Because of him I will never be back.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. The manager Marx was the WORST!! The sales associate called him over the radio to come assist and they had to beg him to come and talk through the situation. I have been sent all over Denver searching for a Warranty item I purchased at Best Buy for the past 3 weeks - an item I purchased from BB as well as the warranty. These stores didn't have the item in stock and I would have to wait 10 days to have it shipped to me, at the least. When Marx finally came over, he was completely rude, absolutely NO customer service to keep a loyal customer. No more Best Buy especially this store.

Jeff in Car Audio install area is Excellent!He generously offered to 'pair' my Sony car stereo to my phone ( that I purchased at BB a while back ) by politely taking time out from his install to show me how to make the 'connection'Personably, courteous, polite, professional. Family bought me a speaker for my Sonos, which wasn't compatible. Come to find out Best Buy has a 14 day return policy. Definitely do not recommend buying anything from this place.

Ordered a battery for my laptop. They said it would be available the next business day. I drove 20 miles for them to tell me they have no idea when it might show up. After returning home I looked up the order and it now says a week for it to come in. Tried to cancel and was not able to online. After dealing with the automated phone I finally reached a person who cancelled the order but informed me that the credit would take a month. They will never get another penny of mine.

Wasn't happy with my in store experience at Best Buy. I got an email the night before that my tv was ready to be picked up. Well, I drove 30 minutes to Lakewood, and they didn't have it ready, long story short. After waiting for about 20 minutes inside, they finally located it in the warehouse. Strangely enough, they asked me to wait out front for it. Well, it was -0 outside, and after waiting 20 minutes in the freezing cold, they finally came out with it. If you literally weren't walking it out yet, why would you have your customer wait in the freezing cold?Lastly, they misrepresented the condition of the tv. It was listed as open box, excellent. Well, to get that kind of rating, it must be like new condition w/ no visible wear or scratches. Well, it came with no box, no manual, and wrapped in bubble wrap, and multiple scratches on the finish.Not sure I'll be shopping at Best Buy ever again!

I've shopped at this Best Buy for years when I was told today they no longer sell open box items. The sales guy said I could drive to the Aurora store where they are all shipped now. No thank you. I get bad gas mileage so the savings I would get go into the tank. I predict Best Buy will no longer exist as a brick and morter when I can just order on line and get way better deals. I've made my decision and my Bb credit card will go in my underwear drawer. I will miss not being able to see what I purchase before hand but times are tough. Prices are too high to be making huge purchases with no kind of deal. Oh, let's not forget the stupid $10 off coupon I constantly get on my email. So long Best Buy forever.

I have asked through multiple ways over the last couple weeks for a simple 5-10 minutes conversation with the GM or head of Magnolia. I have made 3 major purchases over the last 2 years and cannot use the words customer service with this team. They do not provide customer service, they are purely transactional and are not interested in the needs or wants of the customer. Magnolia's product is excellent and they have some good people. Unfortunately upper management is non-existent in the process when a problem arises.

Still very happy with our 65" Roku TV, amazing picture though I was dismayed to learn too late that you can't web browse on it. Anyway the remote kept failing after a few days of putting in new batteries, it just ate batteries. I tried online support etc previously to no avail (very slow response) but the short version is today in a support chat they gave me a link to make an appt at the store, did that, showed up and the super helpful greeter sent me to home theatre, where a young man listened to my story and kind of said, no, you need to call geek squad (I have their added warranty) to get help. Hmm.Well after a chat he said we could bypass that step, took me to the Geek desk and the same young man that greeted me handled my request.Only took about 15 minutes total and a new one will arrive early next week.I've been very pleased in my few encounters with this store and when it's a good fit for my needs, it's where I'll continue to shop.

The customer service at this branch is overall outstanding every time I have visited. I came across an issue today with an order I had placed and one of the associates, Alex, went out of his way and stayed half an hour after closing to make sure the issue was resolved and we left happy with our service. It was totally uncalled for but very much appreciated. If I had cash on hand I would’ve honestly tipped him. Thank you guys!

literally the worst best buy in the area. i went to purchase a specific TV that said it was available online, i went in the store and they said it was no longer there. also the representative kept asking over and over if i wanted to purchase the best buy credit card. i said over and over no i don't want to. and he kept trying to pressure me. also he didn't know the difference between the wall mounts for the tvs. very unprofessional

I live on a difficult drive, after I came back to the store and talked with sales associate about my drive they informed me of a option of a terrain delivery. I wish they would have offered that first but we finally are able to wash clothes at home again. They could improve on customer service by picking up a phone.

The management at this store is the worst and should be fired ..runs his mouth like a child
