“This is actually for their Flatirons mall location, but since there is no Yelp page for that location, I am leaving this review here. I was in need for a new Ariat shirt and and a cowboy hat for a wedding that we were attending at the last minute out of state. However, I was not able to find the right color shirt that matched my wife's dress. I had been to several stores, was running out of patience and luck. I was the told about El Dorado at Flatirons mall, and gave them a call, and as luck would have it, they had the color that I was looking for. The young man and lady working that day were very nice and helpful, I decided to buy a new cowboy hat as well, since we were going to San Antonio, Texas (when in Rome). They were so friendly, I think I will go back and possibly get me a new pair of boots! Thanks for your assistance at the Flatirons location, Y'all rock!”

“I haven't visited a denim store in a very long time because a medical condition caused me to gain 40 pounds, with all of the weight concentrating in my abdominal area. Because of this, finding jeans that fit my body shape has been incredibly difficult and frustrating.
The moment I walked into this Levi's store, Brandon greeted me immediately. After I explained that I was looking to buy five pairs of jeans, he completely took over the search so I didn't have to hunt through the racks myself. He asked about my preferred colors and styles, and he was absolutely relentless in finding options for me to try on.
Thanks to Brandon's dedication and excellent service, I walked away with exactly five pairs of jeans in five completely different styles. Every single pair fits perfectly, and I am super happy with my experience. Brandon and Rodolfo made what is usually a stressful task completely effortless. Highly recommend this location!”

“Big shout out to my man Noah at the store — he did something honestly no one has ever suggested to me before: order shoes online. I've got a size 15 foot, and as a sneakerhead, that's both a blessing and a curse. It's rare enough to find a store that even carries my size, let alone has my size in the shoe I actually want. Still, I love walking in just to see what's out there.
This time, I spotted a pair of Air Jordan 4 Toro Reds. Naturally, they didn't have my size in stock — but Noah spoke up and offered to order them for me online. I was stunned. That thought had genuinely never crossed my mind, and nobody had ever offered before. He checked, found a size 15, and I placed the order on the spot. Three days later, a pair of sneakers I'd wanted with my whole heart was sitting at my door. I still can't believe they're on my feet.

“Jason M. Truly went above and beyond to help us. It was already closing time, made the transition super easy and not rushing it at all. My first receipt had house account as sales person… When I asked the lady on the register if he was a manager she said he is “just” a sales associate. Well to me he acted like the SM, super proud and happy to help even though it was already late on Black Friday, hardly ever you get such a great customer service from anyone anymore. I truly hope the company takes care of the associates who work hard and still have a smile at the end of the day like Jason did!”
“I came here to buy some Chinos and I could not be more impressed with the service here. At first, I kind of struggled to find what I was looking for because there were so many options. However, the staff was able to help me find what I needed. I was surprised to see that some of their Chinos were on clearance. It was very affordable, and I got more than what I expected. Ultimately, I felt exceptionally welcomed and comfortable asking questions, regardless of their perceived simplicity.
