“I am modifying an originally very unhappy post based on the efforts of Rogelio at El Camello! When the the boots we bought were lost and some emails weren’t answered, I became very frustrated. I finally called for a refund. Instead, Rogelio had the boots located (UPS to blame) and delivered in two days.
I’ve been in and around western wear for decades. The boots, when they arrived , were far better than we imagined. The price was fair, the quality excellent and the shipping, at least from El Camello, was fast.
PRO TIP: if you have a problem reach out by phone because email isn’t going to work if speed is an issue. Second tip is for El Camello, put the number of your stores on your website so that the only contact information isn’t just emails or online submissions.”

“This is actually for their Flatirons mall location, but since there is no Yelp page for that location, I am leaving this review here. I was in need for a new Ariat shirt and and a cowboy hat for a wedding that we were attending at the last minute out of state. However, I was not able to find the right color shirt that matched my wife's dress. I had been to several stores, was running out of patience and luck. I was the told about El Dorado at Flatirons mall, and gave them a call, and as luck would have it, they had the color that I was looking for. The young man and lady working that day were very nice and helpful, I decided to buy a new cowboy hat as well, since we were going to San Antonio, Texas (when in Rome). They were so friendly, I think I will go back and possibly get me a new pair of boots! Thanks for your assistance at the Flatirons location, Y'all rock!”

“Big shout out to my man Noah at the store — he did something honestly no one has ever suggested to me before: order shoes online. I've got a size 15 foot, and as a sneakerhead, that's both a blessing and a curse. It's rare enough to find a store that even carries my size, let alone has my size in the shoe I actually want. Still, I love walking in just to see what's out there.
This time, I spotted a pair of Air Jordan 4 Toro Reds. Naturally, they didn't have my size in stock — but Noah spoke up and offered to order them for me online. I was stunned. That thought had genuinely never crossed my mind, and nobody had ever offered before. He checked, found a size 15, and I placed the order on the spot. Three days later, a pair of sneakers I'd wanted with my whole heart was sitting at my door. I still can't believe they're on my feet.

“I was shopping today 5/1 at around 12. I walked in and was immediately greeted by An (I believe, red hair). As I was browsing, there were at least 10 people that came in after me and she greeted every single one of them while she was running around organizing. I was very impressed. The whole store is very clean, the shoes were really well organized. Definitely a good experience and good deals.”
