Aaron worked with me to change my perspective regarding the old staff of the location. He assured me that under his management he has a fresh and capable team. I gave them my beloved ‘92 MX-5. They did a great job by doing my oil and a tire rotation. The whip honestly was driving great when I got it back. Wouldn’t have minded a fluid top off, but other than that I had a good experience.

Had issues with the mounting bolts on my skid Plate that had to be removed for an oil change. The Midas team was able to fix the issue at no charge. I would use them again as they went above and beyond the scope of work and the customer service.

Chris and the master tech by the name of A, seriously saved my butt today when my car started overheating during my trip! My roadside assistance towed me to Midas and I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and care I experienced! They pinpointed and explained the
exact issue, communicated upfront about prices, didn’t try to pressure me to upsell any unneeded services, and overall made me feel safe! Not to mention, today was my last day in town as a solo traveler. The part they needed for my car was only available at a dealership nearby, and they went the extra mile to send an employee of theirs to get it before the end of the day so they could finish my repair & get me back on the road. I so appreciate each and everyone of them for their help today!!!

My experience with Midas is always the best for anything my car needs, high quality service, in the required time, and with low prices for the convenience of customers, in addition to that if your car has any problem, they let you know and give you the options to be able to solve it, which is great because you know that your car is in the best hands and these guys take care of your car as if it were their own, highly recommended if you want great attention to the best care and maintenance of your car. 5/5
