I picked up my new glasses today and had a great experience with Katy. She perfectly adjusted my nose rests the way I like them and then cleaned and packaged everything up. My experience at this Oakley store was exemplary and I recommend others consider the trip to Colorado Mills for great customer service.

Got there late last night but Ryan, the store manager, was patient and totally willing to help me with what I needed. Left with a bunch of stuff including a new set of lenses or my Holbrooks and a sweet new pair of Exchange Suns! I've purchased sunglasses and Rx glasses here and they're always super pumped to help. Thanks again Ryan & team!

The staff here was awesome they helped me with everything I needed they aren't trying to push anything on you and are super friendly I didn't get the young women's names but they killed it with customer service I will definitely be going to this store specifically for anything I need from Oakley.

Kaitlyn did an awesome job handling my online order despite DHL’s issue with getting it delivered to my home. Also got me hooked up with some much needed replacement lenses for my everyday sunglasses.

Don't waste your time. So disappointed in this store as well as Oakley in general. I went in today to see if a sales person could help me fix the nose piece on a two-year-old pair of field jacket sunglasses. The sales associate had no idea what my glasses were or how to help me. He didn't want to touch my glasses in case they broke then he would be responsible. He also stated no sort of warranty applied and no parts would be available. He also informed me that Oakley is not the company that they used to be, now that they are owned by a large corporation. Quality and customer service is not a priority for them. So sad as I have been using Oakley products since the early 80s when Greg Lamond helped develop the original factory pilot sunglasses. Oakley was always worth the premium price because of superior sunglasses as well as warranty and customer service. Clearly not the case anymore. There are so many other and better alternatives available today, such as Smith, 100%, Giro, etc... I have had better experience experience at Walmart with Foster Grant reading glasses. I will continue to use the Oakley products I already own, but not purchase any in the future. Also can no longer recommend Oakley or the Oakley Vault store in Lakewood, Colorado to anyone. So pathetic
