Has a large inventory, but a messy store and that makes it frustrating to find the thing you want. Didn't get acknowledged in 30 minutes of searching through the store.

I shop at Old Navy occasionally when I need shorts or other clothing. They have a good variety at a reasonable price.

I am always looking for new leggings. The store was having a sale. I happened to find some new leggings in the rack and on sale. Score for me. I didn't see anything else so checked out and paid for my item. Free parking lot outside and free WiFi.

The store is fine. I realized after thirty minutes of shopping that I don't like cheap T-shirts regardless of how "inexpensive" they appear.

They had 69 cent 5packs of masks. Was old navy, staff was fiendly, the clothes were folded and the store was tidy.

Horrible customer service at the West Colfax branch in Lakewood, CO. Ordered on line to pick up maxi dress. Drove 20 miles to pick up dress curbside. It was balled up and thrown in a paper bag and had a prominent spot at center neckline. Returned it for refundOrdered another online to be shipped to me. They sent the exact same dress with the sr. Although the tag now was marked $5.99 Clearance, they charged me fill price plus shipping over $32.Had to drive to a different Old Navy to return it Again. Will never order again from Old Navy.
