The folks at this O'Reilly Auto Parts are amazing! I've dealt with a few of them and they're all about helping out. They didn't just sell me stuff; they actually helped me swap out my car battery and wipers. Super cool and friendly. If you need auto parts and some good vibes, this is your place.

Tail light went out. Of course they had the part but the gentleman asked me if I knew how to put it in? He then looked it up on YouTube. Easy peasy! Thank you

Terrible customer service. Cold and snowing outside, We walked in ( 2 women) with heavy battery in hand, placed on counter wanting to get it checked. There were 3 men working and no other customers. We stood there for 10 minutes. Tried asking for help, but were just ignored. While all three employees chatted to each other. We finally just took our battery and walked out. I will never go back to this store again. Rude!!!

I went in this evening and the nice gentleman named Caleb was very kind and searched the system until he found the battery that we purchased the previous time we had went in there no one had put a name or a phone number with the purchase luckily we did find it with the debit card that it was purchased with. He was kind enough to put the new battery in my daughter's car his customer service was outstanding he was very kind and patient I appreciate good customer service so I just want to say thank you great customer service Caleb

I asking question about the part and the guy who worked there talked to me by attitude. He playd with his phone. When manager cannot control employees it happened . I don't recommend this location. There is a part store at Cross Street they have better price and better customer service

We were traveling from Texas, we needed help and had questions. The guy that helped up seemed like he didn't want to be there and was not happy to help us. My husband always uses OReillys . We have never encountered a worker so rude and unhelpful. It was very off-putting. Sorry to say, but we went to auto zone after and they actually helped us

Excellent service every time I have been in there. Like any business, they've had turnover, but the service has remained the same. Can't ask for too much more than that in a business.

After missing one tie on oil filter they did not want to exchange. Justin the asst manager had no respect for my employee trying to exchange, item kept getting on the phone voiding the situation costing me time and money. I had to buy ties just so they would exchange item for a small one this was uncalled for and unprofessional I shouldn’t have to leave my shop to come down to handle a situation like this well he had a client waiting. I will be writing a letter to the general manager and to corps about this Justin should not be in any sort of management position do to is title what happened to customers first
