please for the love of everything do not go here. this is the worst shop ive ever had car repairs done at. i had to manually enter my card number for payment and $900 was charged twice on my end but still didnt go thru on their end? how does that make sense? i mean this is just awful service. first they tell me its a battery issue, then its my alternator. they botched the installation it broke my serpentine belt. they mustve knocked something outta place and i heard clicking which turned out to be flapping in the wind noises when i hit 50mph. i told them my car squeals when i turn it on, they say its because i needed new brake pads and rotors..they put new pads and rotors on, so why on gods green earth is my car STILL squeaking?? i call this morning and they say it could be a pulley or my belt. why have they not caught this as they have inspected my car at least three times or at least thats what the paperwork says. the man was trying to tell me that i was relaying information incorrectly and trying to gaslight me into thinking i havent been clear with the issues ive described. just own up to your own mistakes and dont pawn this off on me. i dont know what youve done to my car but this is ridiculous.

I'm sitting in front of the shop with a flat tire at 10:36am, and the employees all standing in the office. Said they could not help me put my spare tire on nor let me use a jack to do it myself. Never have I been abandoned in front of a tire shop and refused help. Never go to this shop for help!

They fix an issue that an oil changing company did to my oil pan. They replaced my oil pan at basically the cost that they estimated it would be.

Went in to get two new tires and asked to put my old tires in the front and new in the back. How it should be.. they told me they didn't do that because the old ones had better tread.. a year and a half tires have better tread than new ones. Wow.. than had another mechanic tell me why did I want to do that. Insane to have mechanics that don't actually know what there doing and still give attitude because I asked to get it done.. only good thing about this place is the nice costumer service from the guy at the register he tried to help. Never coming back here.

Every time I go into this place, they're constantly trying to get me to spend more money than needed. With road hazard warranty, I went in for a screw in my tire and ended up purchasing a new tire, $114. To close to the side wall, cool, but they tried to tack on an oil change, I changed my oil less than 1000 miles ago. Common man.
To top it off, while I'm waiting, I find out my bartenders boyfriend had a very similar thing happen to him. Went in for 1 thing, just to get bombarded with "other issues".
Do what the customer asks and stop trying to upcharge, we're not rich yall. Nor are we stupid, Pep Boys is robbery.

My mom lives around the corner from this location. She has brought in her Jeep several times for tires, small things, battery replacements, and bigger tasks as well. She has been very pleased with the female manager each time. My mom drops off the car and walks back home to wait for a call to come in that the Jeep is ready. My mom feels very comfortable taking her 10+ year old Jeep there. I am thankful that she has an auto place that she feels so heard and seen at.

I came in for an oil change, they tried to upsell a variety of services, including replacing a cabin air filter that was 'very dirty'. Except my car does not have a cabin air filter, and it was clear that they didn't even try to open the glove box to check this. I don't trust a mechanic that lies to me
