RUDE! The booking portion of the website doesn't even book you properly. Receptionist was rude and dismissive. Everyting you think and hate about hair salons lives here.

Ken was super friendly and professional. I wanted an androgynous/masculine cut and that is exactly what I got, plus it fit my round face perfectly. The best haircut I have ever gotten, truly a master of his craft.

PAULS TATTOOS
absolutely do not go to paul for tattoos! i showed him exactly what i wanted and he didn’t the opposite of everything i asked for. he gave me a huge black spot on my arm when i asked for red roses. i said i didn’t want black ink and i said i wanted it LIGHT. he added shading behind it when NONE of my pictures had that. he used black ink over my snake when i asked for green ink. kept poking my stomach and flirting instead of giving me a DECENT tattoo. very upset with my experience.

I got a perm done by Ken who is a master stylist at Phenix, and I have never been so happy with a service in my life. He did an amazing job, he knew exactly what size curl I needed and executed it beautifully. He will be the person I go to for all my hair wants/needs from now on!

Clean, updated facility. I only visit this location for my aesthetician, who is amazing. The only real downfall is that if they have a suite on the mall side, it can be quite noisy.

I was looking to get my hair done and Ken Ross fit me in last minute. He did an amazing job and I love my hair. It’s so beautiful and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. I highly recommend going to Ken!

It is a salon and our stylist rents out a space like usual. Spaces are private which is nice and our stylist wears a mask so our family feels reasonably safe. Salon is easy to get to from the outside of mall. A good coffee shop is available close by inside the mall. Salon is located in the west side of the mail. Be careful using Google maps as it has led me astray around the mall. Once you get to the mall just head to the west side.

Ken Ross was the one to cut my hair. I told him I was apprehensive about getting butchered, and he did a great job. He was a great conversationalist. Plus he likes motorcycles as well always a plus!!
