The workers and store itself isn't bad, but I bought several sweat pants from this store and the draw strings have all retracted into a black hole and refuse to come out again. I've written the company asking for help. If I get a helpful response I'll update my review, otherwise the product quality alone earns them a 1 star because these are supposed to be luxury goods, not Walmart quality.

Wanna give a HUGE shoutout to my guy EJ!!! From the moment I walked in he was who I went straight to, to ask about the boot I was looking for. Was very knowledgeable, as they didn’t have the exact color way I was looking for and told me where exactly I could find them… but boy did he look out for ya guy!! Found an awesome pair of boots that fit me perfectly and were actually much, much better than the ones I was intent on looking for and they are an awesome colorway as well! Thank you EJ! I appreciate you my dude and will always come back to see you my guy for all my Ralph Lauren needs!!

The staff name jochim (I believe it’s his name bcoz it’s show on receipt ) he treat customer really bad , no greeting nicely ,no service mind, ignoring and give us such a look , we got such a bad experience feeling about this store brand. If you choose to welcome only the specific customer that you like so pls mention it in front of the shop then we will go to another place. “Treat others like how you want them to treat you”
