Postnet helped me with many things. Great team and they try so hard to make everything right and they definitely go the extra mile to help and make sure you are happy. Great customer service and Wonderfull team. I made a ticket with an issue I had and two people contact me. Even after my issue got resolve they checked on me and made sure there is nothing I else I needed. I don’t think other competitor would do the same. Impressive team and I definitely they will be go to team. It is always great to see a company that will go the extra mile to make sure things gets resolved.

I just wanted someone in upper management to know how knowledgeable & patient ******************************* at the *********** location was. I had started an Amazon return through the *************** guided me through the correct steps to complete my returns. It's rare to encounter a person with this much knowledge AND patience. Give this gal a raise, she surely deserves it!

I tried to get in touch with customer service at the corporate office in regards to getting ripped off by one of their franchises. It’s almost been a full week and I haven’t heard back. This review is in regards to:2800 E Whitestone BlvdSte 120Cedar Park, TX
[email protected]! They rip people off! I went in to mail a letter overnight via UPS. They quoted me over $60! Then, since the delivery address is only three hours away, I asked about regular ground. They then quoted me $33. I paid it and went back to work. Later in the day I created a quote on UPS website. The price to overnight a letter...$27!!! When I called to address the issue, the lady laughed at me and hung up. I won’t be back and I won’t recommend them.

When the franchisee is rude and unprofessional, you call corporate. Then you find out that they are just as bad. No one wants to take responsibility for anything whatsoever. The person in charge of complains -- Rick -- acts like he is doing you a favor by taking your call. When and if they call back, don't expect a last name or extension by which to reach them. On top of that, they feel like they don't need to stay open throughout the business day so if you call, you better do it before their lunch or else they will not answer the phone or just let the phone ring. Total amateur hour.

Called corporate and they are the most rude and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If you are a business owner beware and stay away from this company. They seem to forget it’s the customers and business owners who keep them in business. I will be reaching out to the head of customer relations, because even though the man I just spoke with refused to give me their supervisors name, I will find out who it is and file a formal complaint.
