"Working with me" is defined in their eyes as giving me a quote to pay to have my hood re-painted and this time it will "last me the lifetime of my vehicle". But why hasn't the last paint job you did lasted me the lifetime of the vehicle like you said it would? And why won't you stand behind your word after it has failed within this short of a time? You say I bought this vehicle "as-is", and I did- it looked perfect with a perfectly white glossy hood- but IT DIDNT LAST! IT IS NOW YELLOW. And now you won't stand behind your word or workmanship. Every single other surface of my vehicle is perfectly white and glossy, except what your shop 'repaired'. What good are your 'warranties' if you don't honor them? And as for the quote- basically the same price as the Audi-certified auto body shop I took it to for a quote. You LITERALLY SCAMMED ME- told me the car was fixed to Audi standards- but it wasn't. If your standard is to do whatever it takes to make the car look good to sell- fully knowing it won't last and the new owner will be in the body shop within 5 years- then your potential customers should know that this is the integrity with which you operate.

Remember the days when Audi gave you a courtesy car at the service center? Then it was reduced to a driver taking you home. Then it was reduced to calling an Uber for you. Now that have a courtesy shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. Apparently the service advisors don't want to hear your complaints so they transfer you to the GM. Of course, the sticker price on the cars are through the roof but services are reduced. Is this the same with all premium brands or is Audi the only one getting full of themselves? I keep thinking it's time to change brands (BMR, Mercedes) but wonder about their view of the customer.

Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you!

Completed three-part service (including oil change and new battery programming). The service rendered by Advisor, Alex Mueller, and the technician was outstanding. Alex was highly professional and patient, and the service video was clear and concise. Finally, my wait time was shorter than expected. I believe it was my very best service experience in 50+ years of auto ownership.

Shady, incompetent liars -- I was going to buy a used Lexus they have. I took this car for two test drives to make sure EVERYTHING worked.Lo and behold the parking sensors don't work. Not a big deal, we made a deal for an agreed price about $1200 off and they would fix the sensors. The poor salesman's eyes lit up when I said I would sign that very moment.The sales manager did not accept the offer, and said they would pay for Lexus to fix the parking sensors (which according to Lexus had been damaged by a rock.)I get a text saying that the repair is $1500, so they can't fix the car and give a discount. When I asked the Lexus dealer, they were HONEST and said the Audi dealer gets wholesale pricing so the repair is just over $1000.When I came in today, made my final offer, and asked this salesman how much the repair was, he lied and said $1500 again. When I told him the actual cost (the service advisor at Lexus told me) he looked like a deer in headlights and got super defensive. I walked away from this deal -- they either knew the car had malfunctioning parking sensors or when they took this car on trade-in they didn't bother to check it. They also replaced the windshield with some Chinese aftermarket windshield that I would have had to pay $1800 to get factory glass from Lexus.All in all, this dealer is trash. Go to Lexus of Greenwood Village, they are competent, honest and their building is SO much nicer.Shame on you guys. Your profit margin is not my problem when you don't bother to check a car you took on trade -- or more likely, you knew and just lied. Shame, shame, shame!

I am currently looking into upgrading to a new A4 or S4 and have been in contact with Pablo Ariza. I have had bad experiences with dealerships in the past and worked in the industry for a few years myself. I can say confidently that Pablo takes a different approach than the rest. He seems to genuinely care about finding the right vehicle for the customer. Very quick to respond and answer questions while still understanding my perspective. I have not purchased anything as of yet, but I know that when I do go to place an order Pablo will be the first person I contact.
