“8/4/25- new review. I would like to add that the employees that worked today were so incredibly amazing. My pup has passed away a couple days ago and it was my first day off from brand new hi on so I had been pushing my emotions down really far. I thought getting out today to run couple errands would help and it prob wasn't the best idea. I had a crying meltdown in the store and your team was so incredibly compassionate. Helpful and patient. They didn't deserve any of that but they handled it with so much compassion and professionalism.
Also, Jude was great a few months ago when I came in. He went above and beyond that day just like your team today went above and beyond. I'm truly grateful for all
I came in today to use the computer to print out some pictures of my email and was having a hard time. Jepia came over and was so helpful and was showing me how to do it but basically did it for me. Great customer service and so friendly with a big smile on her face. Thanks Jepia for all your help”

“I dont typically leave reviews however i wanted the staff at this location to be recognized for how incredibly helpful they are. I always walk in with projects that are not always the easiest or boxes that are huge. They never complain and are always so happy to help. Most of my experiences have been with Sue, and I wanted to make sure that she was recognized for her hard work and devotion to the customers that walk in the door. She works so hard. I don’t think there’s been a day that I have walked in the door and she has not been there. If you’re looking for a store, that will take great care of your FedEx print and package needs use this location and Sue. I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you Sue for putting up with any of my requests!”
