The only reason I'm giving this place a relatively good review is because of Laura.
I'm not a fan of Public Storage's business model and the way they deceptively jack up your prices over time rather than reward you for being a loyal customer. Instead, they've more than doubled my monthly rate since I joined a couple years ago. So that's why I'm leaving.
But they did make one good decision in hiring Laura. She's very good at her job. She's knowledgeable, attentive, and personable. So this place has at least one good thing going for it. My rating would be 1 star if it weren't for her.

You will get almost arrested for trespassing if you try to be on the property after hours even if you have a unit. I think it used to be 24 hour... not anymore.

Ask the district manger if you make him mad what he does. He will terminate your storage unit without warning and threaten to take possession of your unit if you don’t get it out in less than 48 hours. This isn’t the first time he has done this. We have another person we know that he did it to her too. She has the same email that we got. No explanation of the cause - It just stated-she had less than 48 hrs to vacate or her storage items will be their possession. Seems like a scam. Find a better storage company. Please

I went there to look at a couple storage sizes and left with a storage rented. Russell is the one who helped me and I so appreciate his patience with me with all my questions and showing me the storages. He is very professional and nice. A hard combo to find nowadays. Thank you.

Continue to be disappointed by this place. I've been unable to access my storage unit multiple times due to elevator maintenance and doors being locked. Other times I've come and there were no carts available to move boxes to unit. I've never been there when someone has been in the office to help and they don't answer the phone or return messages. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

The 305 union location is just awful and needs attention. No moving carts, crackheads wandering around the parking lot asking for money, trash and rotting food all over, looks like there have been several break ins, bathrooms are out of order so it smells like piss everywhere. Seriously don't know what I'm paying for.

I showed up juuuuuust before close and tugged on the door to find it locked but I could see associates inside. I wasn't going to harass them over a few minutes on a Saturday evening so I continued on with the process on my phone. Then, to my surprise. The door was opened by a kind man with a large build sporting an even bigger smile. He told us we could get it all done online as I panically smiled back while gathering his info about the rental. By the end of it the process was so easy that I thought I did something wrong or missed a step.
